If one were to embark on a renaming spree, amending ‘United Against Hate’ into ‘Uniting FOR Hate’ should be one of the first tasks on the list. After playing a major role in instigating Delhi riots, the organisation is now creating a ruckus by helping the protesting farmers as they embark on a Khalistani movement in the national capital. It is high time for the authorities to act on their untoward actions and ban the organisation, before they further attempt to damage our peace-loving democracy.
The alleged farmers of Punjab have been protesting against the revolutionary farm laws passed by the Parliament during the Monsoon session early this year. In furtherance to their protests, fuelled by political motivations and hidden agendas, the protesters have entered the national capital.
The organisation, ‘United Against Hate’ is now getting involved in fuelling the farmers’ protest in Delhi. According to media reports, Nadeem Khan of the ‘United Against Hate’ has made arrangements to distribute food to those agitating through mosques and is also hosting the protesters in 25 mosques at night, prolonging the protests.
Khan said, “We are feeding people at Hauz Khas, Okhla, Old Rohtak Road and Old Delhi. We are also delivering food packets to places from wherever requests are coming. Besides, our vans with food packets are going to places where farmers are found in big numbers.”
What makes the situation even more disturbing is that the protests are being hijacked by Khalistani elements and ‘United Against Hate’ is available to help every step of the way. An anti-government campaign has quickly turned into an anti-national one due to the involvement of separatist elements.
From the videos that have been resurfaced, the protesters can be heard issuing threats to Prime Minister Modi. An alleged farmer is heard saying, “December 3 ko meeting hai, agar hal koi hua toh thik hai nahin toh…aap jaante nahin…hamare shaheed Udham Singh ne goro ko Canada me jake thoka…Indira thok di…Modi ki chhati mein…”(If no solution is reached at in the December 3 meeting, you don’t know, our shaheed Udham Singh shot the colonisers in Canada. Indira Gandhi was taken down. Similarly, in Modi’s chest…”).
Along with threatening India’s leaders, the protestors are also praising Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. A protester was heard saying, “Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan is our friend. Our enemy is sitting in Delhi.” In addition to all this, one can also see posters galore of separatist Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale in the protests.
The truth is, this isn’t a peasant movement but is another conspiracy to throw the nation into a state of anarchy. Perhaps the most distressing indication of this is that under the garb of protesting against ‘farm laws’, the protesters are hoisting ’Khalistan’ flags in Delhi.

It is pertinent to note that this isn’t the first instance of ‘United Against Hate’ organisation’s involvement with anti-national elements. In fact, the organisation itself is founded by Khalid Saifi, a radical Islamist accused of colliding with anti-India, forces to instigate the Delhi riots. Saifi has been charged under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for allegedly plotting riots in the national capital.
The name of Nadeem, who has taken it upon himself to host the farm protestors, was also seen in one of the WhatsApp communications during the anti-CAA protests in Delhi, along with Umar Khalid. Apart from this, the organisation had organised several anti-CAA protests in the national capital.
Home Minister Amit Shah had also noted the role of the organisation in the Delhi riots. He stated in the Parliament, “‘United Against Hate’ – the name sounds so pious but look what they advocated. They said, ‘(Donald) Trump is about to come, we should block the street’.”
BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi also commented on the organisation and said, “They call themselves ‘United Against Hate’ but they themselves spread hate.”
As has become their penchant, the organisation has again promoted an anti-national uprising and has taken it upon itself to be involved and prolong the matter for as long as possible. As they continue to fuel hatred, the common citizens will continue to suffer and to put an end to this vicious cycle, the authorities must step in and ban ‘United Against Hate’.
