Donald Trump has done it. He has beaten the Chinese virus and now he stands stronger than ever, just ahead of the US Presidential polls. Trump got afflicted with the Chinese virus but he did no let the disease get better of him. And he has just come out with a video message that really shows how Trump has emerged as a man of honour and courage.
As the US President returned to the White House, he looked and sounded highly Presidential. He looks like a strong-willed US President even more highly determined to remain the symbol of resistance against China after overcoming the China-made contagion. His message is something that would resonate with Americans at large. Trump said, “Don’t let it (COVID-19) dominate you.” He also made it clear, “Don’t be afraid of it. You’re going to beat it.”
The Chinese virus is a challenge for everyone, including the United States but Trump’s message is loud and clear- he will not get weighed down by the disease. He said, “We are the greatest country in the world” and “we’re going to be out front. As a leader I had to do that.”
Trump is saying what he always said despite facing politically motivated criticism- be careful but don’t let the Chinese virus get better of you. He persists with the same advice for his countrymen. In his video message, Trump said, “Get out there. Be careful. We have the best medicines in the world, and they’re all happened very shortly and they’re all getting approved, and the vaccines are coming momentarily.”

Not many would have expected that Trump would come out looking stronger than before after getting afflicted with COVID-19. Many would have thought that the incumbent US President would try to hide or downplay his disease. In fact, the US Presidents do have a history of hiding afflictions as even the two American wartime Presidents- Thomas Woodrow Wilson, who had contracted Spanish Influenza, and Franklin D. Roosevelt had hidden their diseases.
Yet others would have thought that Trump would play victim and show how he suffered a disease in the course of discharging his duties as the President of the United States of America. But he didn’t really make big deal out of his disease.
Trump has done a difficult job with a lot of ease. He neither hid his disease, nor did he market his disease. The US President let his countrymen know that their President got afflicted, but he has come back with renewed vigour, setting an example for every single American. Now, he is going to get back at his job of decoupling from China and mounting a still fiercer assault at the paper Dragon for creating a Pandemic that has killed over a million people across the world.
Trump is going to win a lot of fans from the way he beat the Chinese virus. He already had a lot of fans, given the way he was punishing China for exporting a contagion to the entire world, including the US. However, Trump’s impressive comeback makes him an even taller leader. He was hit by the Chinese virus, but the American President still stands strong, and thus starts the story of the man who beat China’s epidemiological misadventures and won the Presidential seat all over again.
