‘Stop chanting Bharat Mata ki Jai!’ the meltdown of the liberals during #9PM9Minute was simply delicious
Share on FacebookShare on X

In this time of severe crisis, the liberals continue to act as a source of joy as their meltdowns have become more frequent and funnier. Yesterday, when the entire country participated in the Prime Minister’s call to light a candle, be it the poor, the rich or the super-rich – a certain section like always was resentful, sore and petty. From the usual suspects like Rana Ayyub to the upcoming woke liberals dissing their parents, this glorious meltdown had it all.

Rana Ayyub who recently had been disowned by a section of liberal fraternity with Swati Chaturvedi leading the charge, again couldn’t stand the fact that India enthusiastically responded to PM Modi’s call.

Bharat mata ki jai, jai sherawali, Jai Shri Ram, vande mataram chants, firecrackers on the streets. Corona bhaag gaya.

— Rana Ayyub (@RanaAyyub) April 5, 2020

It seems that it was too much for Ayyub to listen to the chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram”. Sonam Kapoor’s heart suddenly started beating for the dogs who she claimed are “freaking out”. This time around, Sonam used the same old template and was panned in the replies as people called out her hypocrisy by posting photos and videos of Sonam enjoying to fullest when her dad Anil Kapoor is bursting crackers right outside their house.

I’m so glad you see common sense. That there is a time and place for everything. ❤️ https://t.co/lgedwh7Adt

— Sonam K Ahuja (@sonamakapoor) April 6, 2020

Her meltdown didn’t end there and she ended up exposing herself. Sonam with this tweet tries to insinuate that the rich, powerful and privileged have the right to decide time and place for the common man and the poor.

Some people in my area now bursting crackers. What kind of utter nonsense is this. You have singularly mocked at PM’s appeal: this is not bloody Diwali but a solemn occasion. Spend money you just did on crackers on meals for the poor. Absolutely shameful. Sorry, just not done!

— Rajdeep Sardesai (@sardesairajdeep) April 5, 2020

Rajdeep just couldn’t handle the unity displayed and resorted to words such as “bloody Diwali”. Of course, Rajdeep was panned for his choice of words as people pointed out the difference between Eid and Diwali.

— Meenakshi Sharan (@meenakshisharan) April 6, 2020

Sagarika Ghose wasn’t to be left behind as she suffered a glorious meltdown.

Sorry, but I’m a conscientious objector to tonight’s mega event. I will not be joining #9pm9minutes as I do not approve of politicians or the state dictating behaviour choices. I want politicians to instead work on their primary duties of providing healthcare & smart government

— Sagarika Ghose (@sagarikaghose) April 5, 2020

The depths of superstition and foolishness that India is now descending into is so dark and so fetid, that it’s questionable whether we’ll ever be able to climb out again. And yet how hard our founders fought for rationality, for sanity, for escape from blind beliefs. #Covid_19

— Sagarika Ghose (@sagarikaghose) April 5, 2020

The clean air we had until now was the one rare benefit of #lockdown21 . Now the crackers and fireworks at #9pm9minutes will take up pollution levels again. What a way to fight #Covid_19

— Sagarika Ghose (@sagarikaghose) April 5, 2020

Sagarika is filled with so much hate for PM Modi that she was literally hoping for a grid failure.

Singapore, much smaller than India given 4 days notice, shut down cafes, malls but will keep key eco activity on. Sharp contrast with #LockdownWithoutPlan. Now fears that 9 mins of lights out& sudden switch on could lead to ruinous power surge & sharp fall in voltage.#Lockdown21

— Sagarika Ghose (@sagarikaghose) April 3, 2020

Did we really need this to add to all our woes at the moment ? PMs April 5 blackout call puts power sector on alert mode to maintain grid stability, Energy News, ET EnergyWorld https://t.co/N59afKhFHK

— Sagarika Ghose (@sagarikaghose) April 3, 2020

Little did Omar Abdullah know that his tweet will inadvertently end up making Article 370 trend again.

Fireworks in Delhi! What’s the celebration?

— Omar Abdullah (@OmarAbdullah) April 5, 2020

Karan Johar ended up losing his huge fan. He must be devastated.

Best meltdown ever 😂 #9baje9minute pic.twitter.com/mqjFplQH2e

— Sumit (@_RKSumit) April 5, 2020

Just like the last time, aspiring “woke” liberals thinking its cool to publicly diss their parents came out on Twitter and abused their parents.

Now enjoy the woke meltdown 🔥🔥😂 pic.twitter.com/Cli3q1yFZt

— Un-bhadralok bangali (@goonereol) April 5, 2020

Here’s a compilation of some of the best meltdowns:

Power Grid didnt Melt down BUT these Modi HATЕRS Congressis, Presstitutes, Psuedo Liberals sure had a MELTDOWN 😂😂 #9बजे9मिनट #powergrid #9Baje9Minutes #9pm9minute #IndiaFightsCorona pic.twitter.com/KL60NYbGbX

— Rosy (@rose_k01) April 5, 2020

Rifat Jawaid who was recently seen defending the Tablighis on Twitter as he claimed it was all a propaganda to defend the Jamat also used the animal card.

Firecrackers heard across DELHI and Noida! Clean air doesn’t suit animals!!

— Rifat Jawaid (@RifatJawaid) April 5, 2020

Logic is something that the people at NDTV were never blessed with and Sreenivasan Jain is a living example of this fact.

Sawaal yeh hai ki where did everyone get firecrackers in the middle of a lockdown?

— Sreenivasan Jain (@SreenivasanJain) April 5, 2020

Congress worker Salman Nizami who in the past has advocated for a separate nation and addressed Afzal Guru as a martyr, was gobsmacked by the sheer popularity of PM Modi as he yet again felt ashamed of being an Indian.

Hang your heads in shame India.

You have become DEAD, DEAF, BLIND, HEARTLESS. People are dying & you are celebrating. Its a pandemic not festival morons! pic.twitter.com/OKsSsC4t7g

— Salman Nizami (@SalmanNizami_) April 5, 2020

3,588 cases & 99 deaths in India. And people here are bursting firecrackers & chanting 'go Corona go'. Elect an anpadh, get a circus. Who celebrates a pandemic. MORONS. Shame on you!

— Salman Nizami (@SalmanNizami_) April 5, 2020

This country doesn't deserve a highly educated & sensible leader like @RahulGandhi. They deserve an anpadh & gavar- it has become a 'circus' nation!

— Salman Nizami (@SalmanNizami_) April 6, 2020

If anyone wonders why the INC is battling for its survival, one doesn’t need to look beyond Nizami’s tweets.

https://t.co/Zk9UCwRUjE

— Priyanka Gandhi Vadra (@priyankagandhi) April 4, 2020

Twitter had recently witnessed a spurt in the number of electrical engineers as everyone claimed that switching off lights would result in the failure of power grids. Of course, their argument was hollow and a nonstarter but the INC leaders thought it was prudent to peddle such cancerous logic.

An unprecedented drop in electricity demand at 9pm Sunday &an immediate surge at 9.09 pm could cause the electrical grid to crash. So Electricity Boards are contemplating load shedding from 8 pm & staggered return to normal after 9.09pm. One more thing the PM didn’t think about! pic.twitter.com/zbmcyYm838

— Shashi Tharoor (@ShashiTharoor) April 4, 2020

Maharashtra Energy Minister who belongs to the INC, Nitin Raut even went on multiple news channels to claim that there will be a definite power grid failure.

Power Minister RK Singh live on @IndiaToday 'Demand in the gird came down by 32000 MW. Ministry was expecting demand to go down by 12000 MW. Despite that no report of grid failure.' So much for WhatsApp University. Minister curves his officials and engineers.

— Rahul Kanwal (@rahulkanwal) April 5, 2020

However, much to the dismay of the newbie electrical engineers and the INC politicians, the grids didn’t fail as India stood united. One must thank the liberals for willingly making a fool of themselves so that the entire country can have a hearty laugh in these difficult times.
