As SC pulls up Harsh Mander for hate speech, Leftist-Islamist front cries tears of blood for anti-Hindu asset

Known Islamist and radical anti-Hindu activist, Harsh Mander has fallen into trouble with the apex court deciding to scrutinise the hate speech made by Mander during the anti-CAA protests. The Centre brought abhorrent hate speeches made by Mander to the notice of the top court, which then pulled up the Islamist activist. Curiously, Mander was also member of the NAC- the unconstitutional body led by Congress party’s Sonia Gandhi to dictate decisions upon former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The hate speeches made by Mander, have been going viral on social media. In one of such speeches given by Mander at Gate no. 7 of Jamia Millia Islamia University in Delhi, he said, “From now on, the decision will not come from the Supreme Court or Parliament. We saw what the Supreme Court did in Ayodhya, NRC and Kashmir matters. SC has failed to honour secularism, equality, and humanity. We will try fighting there too, but, the decision will not happen in neither Supreme court nor Parliament, it has to be made at the streets.”

Imagine that THIS man is in HC to get FIRs done against people for hate speech.

THIS MAN – who says neither Parliament Nor Supreme Court will decide on CAA but we will decide on streets.

This man was given midnight hearing by a judge. Imagine.

Taking cognizance of Mander’s utterly pernicious remark, the three-judge bench led by CJI SA Bobde said, “This is what you think of this court. Before we hear you (counsel for Mander), you see the allegations and respond to them.”

Mander had been abusing the process of Court with his frivolous plea seeking registration of FIRs against BJP leaders- Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur and Parvesh Verma over alleged hate speeches. However, Centre’s submissions have revealed how it was actually Harsh Mander who instigated violence with his highly contemptuous speech that cast aspersions on the Supreme Court.

Even as Harsh Mander got exposed before the top court, creating serious trouble for the known Islamist, the entire Left-Islamist front has come out trying to defend him desperately.

They have run #IstandwithHarshMander on Twitter in a bid to justify his objectionable remarks. Rajdeep Sardesai took to Twitter in his efforts to defend Harsh Mander. He said, “When you use a carefully edited clip without hearing the entire speech then you do grave injustice to a human rights activist like @harsh_mander.. that the SG should misguide the SC is even more disturbing.”

Similarly, self-acclaimed activist Yogendra Yadav too came out in defence of Mander tweeting, “I fully endorse what @harsh_mander says about Supreme Court in this video (4:15-5:45). The hon’ble court has indeed failed to protect principles of humanity, equality & secularism. Do notice his repeated appeal for love and non-violence. Share this video.”

What none of the left-liberals are pointing out is the fact Mander eroded the confidence of the judiciary at a platform which was already charged with vicious communal narrative.

The thrust of this entire campaign to defend Mander is based on one flimsy argument- Harsh Mander’s speech has been edited and if one listens to the entire speech it is not provocative. But none of them have anything substantial to back up their claims.

The argument seems like a mere afterthought. In fact, it is rare that the entire speech is provocative and venomous. Usually, it is only a part of the speech that invites violence and hatred. In Mander’s case, it is the part where he casts aspersions upon the Supreme Court and talks about taking to streets for getting justice that seems highly provocative and objectionable. Some others have even gone on to defend Mander’s utterly disgusting and unsubstantiated remarks against the apex court.

Since @harsh_mander is trending on Twitter and the honourable Supreme Court has shown interest in this speech, here it is for all to hear.
And be inspired by. https://t.co/6qVnXYAglN

Rajdeep Sardesai also shared an Altnews link which tries to fact check the outrage against Mander by claiming that an edited clip of his speech was being played out.

The desperation to exonerate the known Islamist-activist is writ large over the Altnews report on Harsh Mander. But then this is not the first time that Altnews has done this. Whenever something wrong happens that immediately concerns the left-liberal cabal, the portal comes to the rescue of the wrongdoer.

When rocks were seen in a Jamia student’s hands in the CCTV footage of Jamia violence incident, Altnews had fact-checked the news, to pass off the stones as wallets. In the end, the Altnews fact-check was the one which had actually turned out to be fake and misleading and turned into a joke on social media.

It is clear that Harsh Mander has fallen into some serious trouble over the kind of narrative that he was trying to push during the anti-CAA agitation. The Left-Islamist front has however shamelessly come out defending him despite clear video evidence of his misdeeds.
