Busting each and every propaganda of the liberals, Supreme Court Advocate Subuhi Khan schooled the radicals in an interview, she stated that political leaders especially that of AAP’s are addressing people like they are issuing sermons from a mosque, they are coining fear among people saying, that they (government) will ban beard, burqa and would throw out the Muslims from the country.
These leaders are inciting the Muslims announcing who are they to make rules, Muslims have ruled this country for a thousand years, they were the kings, she said.
Further schooling the pseudo seculars and the liberals, Subuhi stated, “This is a criminal offence under many provisions of law it is waging war against the state, they are trying to incite fear among the citizens. This is not a movement or protest but extremism, the students associated with it are politically motivated even the some international forces are involved in these violent protests.”
Praising the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, she said, “Opposition parties were trying to portray BJP as anti-Muslim however they have failed miserably as the BJP under PM Narendra Modi has done tremendous work for the upliftment of Muslims through several central schemes. Muslims even say that though they cannot support Modi but it is true that only he has fulfilled our needs.” She stressed that the CAA law is not designed to target Muslims or any other group and appealed to people to go and actually read the act before protesting.

In the interview, Subuhi Khan asserts that the violent protests don’t stem out of CAA opposition but are actually a result of their frustration against Article 370 abrogation, Ram Mandir judgement and Triple Talaq law.
She adds that no protests will take place if people read the law which merely provides a five-year relief to the persecuted minorities, over and above the current citizenship procedure.
She even went to the extent and slammed Muslims for protesting against the act, Khan said that while they are happy to take the privileges accorded to Indian minorities, but if other persecuted groups get the same rights it becomes un-constitutional. She slammed Islamic chants at anti-CAA meets and questioned their place in these protests. She added that by definition, they don’t even qualify to be called minorities given their numbers. “Are these university students, they don’t even deserve to be called so. If you commit an illegal act, the police will come and take action wherever you are”, said Khan. “In CAA, the persecuted minorities have merely been provided a relief wherein they can apply for citizenship if they have stayed for just five years”.
