Bhagwan Shri Ram will forever be the rightful king of Bharatavarsha

‘A kingdom indeed doesn’t exist where Shri Ram doesn’t rule’
(Ayodhya kaand, Valmiki Ramayan)

The mighty 2019 witnessed two Diwalis. First when Shri Ram returned from a fourteen year exile to Bhaarat after defeating Ravan and second yesterday i.e. when Shri Ramlala is returning to His rightful place after a five hundred year exile at an upcoming grand temple at his birthplace after defeating demonic forces.

Surprsied! Yes, Shri Ramlala i.e. the child form of Supreme Personality of Godhead, Himself has been declared as the chief entity of the case and his land has been handed over to Him.

A battle older than five centuries came to conclusion with the entire land of Ram Janmabhumi allotted to Shri Ramlala by the Honorable Supreme Court of India. With the unanimous decision of the five member bench, the citizens of Bharat too are rejoicing the closure of this age old battle.

Where the words of one of the greatest Hindu seers, Goswami Tulsidas ji, stands vindicated and brings ecstasy to Hindus,

‘Shri Ram seated on the throne of Ayodhya alone is the king of entire earth which is adorned with ornaments of seven seas.’
(Shri Ramcharitmanas)

Similarly the words of Allama Iqbal make the Muslim brethren jubilant:

है राम के वुजूद पे हिन्दोस्तां को नाज़
अहले नज़र समझते हैं उसको इमाम ए हिन्द

‘Entire Bhaaratvarsha is proud of the (Supreme) Personality Shri Ram, He alone is considered to be the religious head of entire Bharat’.

In the Guru Granth Saahib, Guru Nanak ji says,

‘Of all the wealth, material accumulations, sons, relatives, friends, King Ram is dearer to me than everyone.

(Guru Granth Saahib, page 454-6)’

The glorious era of Shri Ram, which people still yearn to live in and is popularly termed as Ram-Rajya, was no ordinary time. It was literally perfect time of mutual coexistence and has been described in hundred crore Ramayanas with Valmiki’s and Tulsidas’ versions being most popular amongst the masses.

The scriptures present a period where citizens had ultimate peace of mind, civic sense of mutual existence, content hearts indulged in their prescribed duties, nature bestowing her blessings in abundance, ecological balance and finally a king i.e. Shri Ram performing His tasks rightfully.

The Uttar Kand of Shri Ramcharitmanas describes this golden time in detail:

अल्पमृत्यु नहिं कवनिउ पीरा। सब सुंदर सब बिरुज सरीरा॥

नहिं दरिद्र कोउ दुखी न दीना। नहिं कोउ अबुध न लच्छन हीना॥

Nobody died an untimely death, there was no other suffering. Everyone had a good built devoid of ailments. No one was poor, sad or distressed. No one was devoid of intelligence or good attributes.

A husband vowed to have one wife throughout his life. Similarly a wife was devoted to her only husband in every way i.e. no one practiced polygamy.

The trees gave fruits in abundance. The wildest of the animals existed in harmony.

The rivers had clean, cold, tasty and blissful water flowing in them.

The oceans never crossed their limits and presented various precious stones on their shores.

Ram Rajya was one of the most perfect times ever described in any religious scripture. Man and nature learnt to co-exist. Everybody was devoted to Shri Ram and He reciprocated this love with His ultimate role as ruler.

A magnificently built Ramlala’s temple is surely an advent of return of Ram Rajya in Bharatvarsha. It will not only act as a place of worship for one-sixth of the population on this earth but will serve as an identity of Hindus in their own country.

Apart from being a sentimental and religious subject for Hindus, Shri Ram Janmabhumi temple will serve as a boost for tourism in India. It will not only attract Hindus for worship but it is bound to become the most awaited place of visit for entire mankind.

Shri Ram Mandir will attract tourists from all over the world and hence will create ample job opportunities directly or indirectly. With a tag of becoming major economy booster, Janmabhumi temple will provide employment to railways, taxis, hotels, restaurants, tourist guides, local flowers/fruits/sweets vendors. Like Tirupati and other innumerable temples, hopefully Ram Mandir too will have a Gaushala for offering prasad to apple of Hindus’ eyes, our beloved Ram Lala. Basically everyone is bound to become content, just like in Ram Rajya.

Bharat has started destroying symbols of barbaric rule and is returning her glorious past. Voices of reclaiming Mathura and Kashi temples are already becoming bold and strong. Today’s final verdict has paved an easy path for innumerable such temples which once stood tall in our country.

Today’s victory clearly shows that Shri Ram is showering His blessings on the people. If any government in the world walks on the path of righteousness shown by Shri Ram Himself, it is certain that it will emerge as a superpower.

Bhagwan Ram says, “O kings who will appear after me! I, Ramchandra, repeatedly offer my obeisance unto you and humbly ask for protection of the bridge of righteousness I have built for the welfare of mankind.

(- Skand puran)
