BBC – The most anti-India media channel in the world spews venom against India again

Shame on you Badbola Bakwas Corporation

BBC, India

BBC is unrelenting in their hatred towards Hindus and India. On multiple counts, the BBC has been called out for their divisive and hateful content aimed against Hindus. From referring to various terrorists as mere ‘workers’, to calling ‘Jai Shree Ram’ a bloody war-cry, BBC has done it all, quite shamelessly. Yet, there are those in India who continue to be mesmerized by the journalism of this organization.

Post the Ram Janmbhoomi verdict, the Indian judiciary has been made a subject of mud-slinging and name-calling. People have minced no words in claiming that the judiciary has been biased and ignorant towards facts in this case. However, for the BBC to join the same illiterate crowd and caricaturize the judiciary of India is a new low, even by their own standards. Using  cartoons, the BBC regularly derides India and Hindus, however, what they have done now is simply outrageous.

Twitter users have begun tweeting using the hashtag #BanBBC for its shameful depiction of the Supreme Court and judicial system in India. In a cartoon, the BBC has portrayed the ‘Ramayan’ to outweigh the ‘Constitution’ in the Ram Janmbhoomi case. They have also shown a judge clinging to one of the scales on the side of the Constitution. This is, to begin with, an illogical, irrational and illiterate assessment of the verdict, as the Ramayan was not one of the documents which clinched the case in favour of the Hindus. Moreover, this is an outright mockery of the Supreme Court.

It must be remembered that the Indian Supreme Court has time and again proved its mettle in solving cases which otherwise courts elsewhere would easily fail at. Not only is the Supreme Court a purely just institution, but it is also one with a heart, which does not overlook faith only to satisfy the needs of the law. What right does a foreign agency have to pass ill-informed and misplaced comments about India’s judiciary?

Having perhaps realized that continuously attacking Hindus can be a slippery slope, the BBC has now taken up a war against India’s institutions. What they have forgotten, is that Indians are well equipped to fight any war, whatsoever, with its latest colonizers.

An year ago, the BBC had come up with a distasteful anti-Brahmin cartoon. Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO had held a placard with the script #SmashBrahminicalPatriarcy at the time, inviting a storm upon himself. Soon, the BBC joined in with their cartoon, in which a disfigured and visibly angry ‘Brahmin’ was shown attempting to capture a free-flying women.

Exactly a year ago, the BBC had termed TFIPOST (known as rightlog.in back then) as a fake news website. Expectedly, they had no data or facts to prove their observation. Following this, Ajit Datta had written a powerful piece daring the BBC to name rightlog as a fake news website again. They did not.

Not only is the BBC a Hindu-baiting organization, but it is also a coterie of cowards, who run with tails between their legs when called out for propaganda.

On the 10th of July this year, BBC published an article titled ‘Jai Shri Ram: The Hindu chant that became a murder cry’. The article aimed at convincing the readers that India is a boiling cauldron of communal hatred where Muslims are being denied fundamental rights. The dishonesty of BBC goes a long way along with its blatant opposition to the rise of nationalism in India and the success of PM Modi and his BJP government. Neither did they research about “Jai Shree Ram” and its origins, and neither did they care to ask people as to what place the chant holds in the hearts of millions of Indians.

BBC is an ignoramus organisation, which definitely has the compulsion of pleasing some secret ‘higher power’ by dolling out anti-India content regularly. What else explains their pure bias against India and Hindus, and their hesitation to even call out a jihadi using the term ‘terrorist’. While they almost regularly call out Hindu ‘extremism’, the BBC has never out rightly called out a terrorist organisation for the violence and brutal behaviour they indulge in. They simply lack the spine, and will to do so. However, India and its people will no longer tolerate whatever bunkum is thrown at them by this Jurassic media organization.
