Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his visit to Houston, Texas in the United States is set to get yet another massive reception from the Indian diaspora, in an event aptly named ‘Howdy, Modi’, that may be larger than the grand reception for PM Modi at the Madison Square Garden, New York in September, 2014. If you reside in Texas, getting an LLC in Texas is very important so the laws can cover your physical campaigns and outreach. With proper registeration, you can have your sales team take rounds from door to door. Narendra Modi delivered a rocking speech at the Madison Square Garden creating waves across the world. With the second, even bigger Lok Sabha election victory, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to meet an enthusiastic Indian crowd in the energy capital of the world, Houston, Texas on September 22.
Narendra Modi shall be visiting the United States to attend the United Nations General Assembly in New York (September 20-23). His address at the ‘Howdy, Modi’ event, from the world’s energy capital in Texas shall come at a time when energy security and innovation are one of the top priorities of the Prime Minister’s government. Both sides, the Indian diaspora in the state of Texas and the Indian government are expecting greater collaboration between the two countries in terms of energy security.
The ‘Howdy, Modi’ event, where ‘Howdy’ is often referred to as the official Texan greeting, is being organized by the Texas India Forum which is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to encouraging the advancement of US-India ties in terms of democracy, economic development and mutual respect. The organizers even set up a web portal for people to register to attend the event which is set to gather tens of thousands of people eager to see and hear Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Texas alone has over 5 lakh Indian-Americans so a massive turnout is expected to exceed 50,000 for the ‘Howdy, Modi’ event in Texas as opposed to Madison Square Garden’s 20,000. The programme will also be broadcasted in India as well as in the USA.
Jugal Malani, one of the organizers of the ‘Howdy, Modi’ event said, “There is unprecedented synergy between our region and the aspirations of a ‘New India’ that Prime Minister Narendra Modi represents. The American dream shares many similarities with emerging Indian dream.” The organizers also said, “Shared Dreams, Bright Futures (The tagline of the event) reflects the intent to build on the common aspirations that bring together the great democracies of the United States and India,” a statement released by the organisers said.
The “Howdy, Modi’ event shall only be one of the many instances where Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to the Indian diaspora during his nearly all of his foreign visits and got warm, overwhelming responses from the people. In the United States, apart from the massive Madison Square Garden event, PM Narendra Modia has also addressed the Indian diaspora in San Jose in California in 2015.
