It seems that Congress leaders have begun a contest amongst themselves as to who would make more absurd statements in public. Hardly had the buzz around the various accusations on the recent airstrikes settled when a senior Congress leader accused the incumbent NDA government of being hand in glove with the Pakistan government in terms of executing the Pulwama attack on the CRPF convoy.
Recently, senior Congress leader B K Hariprasad came down harshly on the incumbent NDA government for ‘hiding facts’ about the airstrikes post Pulwama attacks. He had this to say:-

According to the tweet, BK Hariprasad alleged that the incumbent BJP government colluded with the Pakistani agencies in order to execute the Pulwama attacks, so that they could achieve the required votes to win the upcoming Lok Sabha elections to be held this year. He also termed this ‘dirty trade’ as ‘match fixing’.
There’s a famous phrase in Hindi, ‘Vinaash Kaale Vipreete Buddhi’(The mind goes astray with imminent destruction). Going by the current attitude of Congress leaders like B K Hariprasad, it seems that they’re inviting their own destruction with such absurd statements.
Has Congress employed Arvind Kejriwal as their private tutor for making public statements? It looks likely, because ever since the IAF gave a fitting retribution for the Pulwama attacks with the airstrikes, an aghast Congress has made some of the most absurd statements criticizing the same. Some of them make even the diatribes of Arvind Kejriwal and Jignesh Mevani sound music to ears.
Be it Pawan Khera accusing PM Modi of using diamond facials and imported mushrooms, or Kapil Sibal and Digvijay Singh asking for proof of the number of casualties in the airstrikes, Congress has set the bar of political discourse. Even leaders like Mamata Banerjee joined the bandwagon just to make sure that they have their share in bashing BJP as well.
If this wasn’t enough, Congress politicians like Navjot Singh Sidhu even suggested that such airstrikes may not have happened at all. To make matters worse, their statements are being lauded in Pakistan and are being exploited by the Pakistani statesmen for their vicious propaganda against India. Is this the best you can come up with, dear Congress?
