The recent attack on the CRPF convoy at Awantipora in Pulwama shocked the entire nation. 44 CRPF personnel were martyred in a suicide explosion and an unconfirmed number of people have been injured. This was an attack, way more dastardly than the Uri attacks of 2016.
Following the Pulwama attack, the respective governments in the state and the Centre sprang into action and the masses have called for uncompromising action against the Islamist terrorists behind this action. However, a certain section of Indians, apart from the hardened Islamists, found a sadistic pleasure in rejoicing on these attacks.
Be it the likes of Rana Ayyub and Sagarika Ghose grimacing at the thought of the revenge, or the communists rejoicing at the death of the ‘imperialist’ CRPF, such lowlife opportunists resorted to everything that would be enough to boil the blood of even the most peaceful Indians.
However, one man did not take these jibes lying down. Famous singer Sonu Nigam in a sarcastic dig at such hate mongers posted a video on Facebook.
In this video, he sarcastically blasted off those people, who would treat anybody even remotely patriotic as RSS/BJP wallah. To quote him, “We shouldn’t mourn like these people from RSS/ BJP. We should behave in a secular way, like Bharat Tere Tukde Honge,…,Afzal Hum Sharminda Hain,…… Also, don’t say Vande Mataram, say Lal Salaam”.
The sarcasm was absolutely clear in his voice, and he didn’t attack any religion or community. Yet, his words were enough to burn the left liberals inside out.
This is not the first time that Sonu Nigam had taken the left liberals head-on. His famous tirade against the radical malpractices aside, Sonu Nigam recently went all out against the vicious left liberals, demolishing their propaganda bit by bit.
He even didn’t hesitate from taking on Bollywood for their Pakistan love, despite the mounting attacks on the soldiers and the rampant ignorance of the Indian artists.
Sonu’s sentiments were echoed in the same manner by the likes of Kangana Ranaut and Yogeshwar Dutt, who have called for affirmative action against the culprits, as well as their ‘beloved backers’ like the one mentioned. Sonu Nigam should take a bow for having the guts to call out the low lives, who only want to see the destruction of India at their altar of ‘peace and liberalism’.
