3 days ago, popular movie distributor cum production company Pen Movies released a movie trailer on their YouTube channel. The trailer was for the much-awaited biopic ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and based on the book written by ex-media advisor to PM, Sanjaya Baru.
The trailer of ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ has garnered more than 25 million views on YouTube alone and has cemented its place within the top 5 Trending videos as of now on YouTube. Not only have actors like Anupam Kher, Akshaye Khanna and Suzanne Bernert looked convincing in their roles, they have also some really savage dialogues up their sleeve. These dialogues not only exposed the deeds of Nehru Gandhi dynasty but also roast the sycophants, who won’t hesitate in even selling the nation in order to please their masters.
While the masses have welcomed the trailer with both arms extended, the left liberals are thunderstruck by the boldness of the trailer. Unable to point out any factual flaws, they’ve indulged in the very propaganda that they once accused the right-wingers of while protesting against the ‘hounding’ of ‘Padmaavat’. From terming it BJP sponsored, to threatening the makers of the movie, you name it and the liberals have done it all.
Interestingly, as with previous such movies, most of the Bollywood has remained tight-lipped on this movie. The noble exceptions of filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and actor Rishi Kapoor apart, hardly anybody from the elite Bollywood has even talked about the movie, forget praising the same. Interestingly, consistent efforts have been directed towards the plan to discredit this movie as election propaganda, as reflected through the following tweets:-
Can’t wait for when they make The Insensitive Prime Minister. So much worse than being the accidental one.

With all the justifications coming for accidental primeminister…why don’t you just postpone the release till July, if it is just a pure piece of cinema and nothing more?

However, in their enthusiasm to insult ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, most of the left liberals, especially those from the elite Bollywood, have probably forgotten their own dirty tricks that they had exercised in order to maintain their masters from Congress in power. If one removes some dust from the pages of history, one shall find how these very left liberals intentionally made movies that catered to the party agenda of Congress, right before crucial elections.
Remember ‘Parzania’? The tale of a Parsi family, whose son disappears during the 2002 Gujarat riots, was directed by Rahul Dholakia, one of the few intellectuals who lobbied against the entry of Narendra Modi in the USA for more than 8 years, until he became PM in 2014. This movie was released in early 2007, exactly at the time when the state of Gujarat was preparing for the assembly elections to be held much later in the same year. The movie wasn’t only bad; it was extremely insulting to the Sanatan community to be honest. It was another matter this was one rare movie which failed to achieve the objective, as BJP romped home with an overwhelming majority in the elections.
If this wasn’t enough, controversial actress cum filmmaker Nandita Das came up with ‘Firaaq’, her first film as a director, released only months before the 2009 general elections. This also attacked the Sanatan community, and tried to implicate BJP for the same, and was coincidentally a crucial factor in the re-election of Congress, despite the incessant terror attacks and the hoax of ‘Hindu terror’ sponsored by the same.
Also, if the left liberals don’t know what election propaganda, shouldn’t we talk about ‘Udta Punjab’ again? Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the film attacked the state of Punjab for the growing drug menace, and was exploited by practically every party against the ruling faction of Shiromani Akali Dal, especially when the state was only months away from elections in early 2017. The way Rahul Gandhi tweeted about the movie, wasn’t that election propaganda? Don’t get us talking about ‘Padmaavat’ that was used as a tool to uproot BJP from power in the 2018 elections.
If ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ movie has done one thing before release, it is exposing the royal hypocrites that the left liberals are. They have no problem with election propaganda movies as long as BJP is the villain for them. One portrayal of Congress in the negative shade arises and everybody in the liberal intelligentsia goes hysterical. Imagine their horror when ‘The Tashkent Files’ comes up on the silver screens.
