Four states are about to go for assembly elections prior to the Lok Sabha 2019 general elections, namely Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. But out of all these states, Rajasthan is very crucial for the BJP. According to the mainstream media out of these four states Rajasthan is the one where Bharatiya Janata Party seems to be on the shakiest grounds. The mainstream media had tried to paint a dull image of Bharatiya Janata Party’s prospects in the upcoming state assembly elections for Rajasthan. Contrary to the media perception created by Lutyens media, BJP is very strong in the state as compared to its opposition Congress party which is suffering from massive infighting over the chief minister’s post.
BJP led by CM Vasundhara Raje in the state has taken countless measures to ensure the prosperity of the people. Vasundhara Raje had announced massive relief and loan waivers to convince the people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi too has joined forces with Rajasthan CM to ensure victory in the state. The BJP’s star campaigner PM Modi will address two rallies every month in Rajasthan. PM Modi had already addressed one rally at Amrood Ka Bagh (Guava Orchard) in Jaipur but he will address many more rallies. With his oratory skills and pro-active campaigning PM Modi might succeed in bringing a large chunk of votes in BJP’s favor in the state. In recent times, PM Modi’s popularity has benefited the BJP immensely. Quite recently, it has been exhibited on two occasions. In the state of Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi’s rallies and his masterstroke plans have helped the BJP retain the state. In Karnataka, PM Modi’s pro-active campaign reduced the Congress to 77 seats from 122 seats, and the BJP emerged as the single largest party. It won 104 seats, a jump of 44 seats compared to the previous election where it had won only 60 seats. And last but not the least, Prime Minister Modi is the right man to shed light on the achievements of Vasundhara Government and the work done by her for the welfare and development of Rajasthan. With public meetings, rallies and gentle reminders of the work the BJP has done to uplift the people of the state, it looks like the party might be able to pull off the elections twice in a row.
The master strategist and BJP’s President Amit Shah will also be doing the rally in every sambhag (region). For administrative convenience 33 districts of Rajasthan are divided within seven divisions. Amit Shah will decide the number of rallies that PM Modi will address.
The BJP is still going strong in the state according to the top political analysts of the country while this might be different from what the mainstream media tries to portray. The BJP could ensure its win in Rajasthan owing to a weak Congress think tank. A strong campaign might just do the trick for the party in the days to come and the mainstream media and the opposition might have to sulk again post the elections.
Saying this with utmost caution: BJP is slowly but surely taking runaway lead in Rajasthan and today's hugely successful @narendramodi rally in Jaipur may cement the party deep into the grassroots

A "Modi Veto" seems to be developing among Indian electorate wherein a chunk of voters wait till the end to value the PM's personal appeal through rallies & vote accordingly; saw this in Karnataka too where NaMo end-rallies gave a huge cushion to an uninspiring state BJP campaign
