The Congress continued with its long-standing tradition of hounding and disrespecting men in uniform for making petty political gains. Top Congress leader, Ghulam Nabi Azad has come out with the most objectionable remark against the Indian Army. The former Jammu & Kashmir chief minister accused the army of killing more civilians than terrorists. This baseless and bizarre statement seems to be a naive yet dangerous attempt by the hardliner to appease the Muslim majority in the valley. The comments came after the army and other security forces were compelled to show extreme restraints and not kill terrorists in the valley during Ramzan. One can, then, only wonder how Azad came to this absurd conclusion.
Azad, who has been representative of Islamic appeasement within the Congress, stated in an interview that the language of “all out operations” in J&K indicated that a “massacre” was being planned. The Congress leader did not stop here, he further said, “They (forces) take action against four terrorists and kill 20 civilians. Their action is more against civilians than terrorists. For instance, they killed 13 civilians in Pulwama and just one terrorist. No civilians were killed during the UPA government.”
After making defamatory comments about the armed forces, Azad made desperate attempts to politicise the Kashmir issue. He tried attacking Prime Minister Modi for not bending down before Pakistan and the separatists. Like any typical pseudo-liberal, he showed uncontrollable desperation for peace talks with the terrorist neighbour and secessionist elements in Kashmir. Ghulam Nabi Azad seemed in no mood to end his bizarre and objectionable rant. In an indication of Congress and the pseudo-liberal cartel’s narrow mindset, Ghulam Nabi Azad wondered that even America and North Korea solved their differences through dialogue.
This comparison is naive and shows a total lack of awareness. North Korea, howsoever dictatorial is not a pack of religiously brainwashed terrorists like Pakistan, which does not understand any language but anti-terror operations. The Muslim leader further stated that “the major reason behind the condition of Kashmir is that from the day PM Modi came to power, he has always talked about action. It seems he always wants to use the gun.” It is unfortunate and shocking how the Congress still does not understand that the only way of tackling terrorists is to take military action and use the gun. Not only Kashmir, but the entire nation had to tackle terrorism only due to the Congress’ fetish of loving and engaging in “peace talks” with those who hate to have peace. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh pandered to Pakistan for ten straight years, but was it of any use? The entire nation suffered at the hands of terrorists exported by Pakistan. With Prime Minister Modi’s all out offensive against terror outfits, the country is finally enjoying a phase totally free of terror attacks in mainstream Indian cities. It seems that the “peace-loving” Congress cannot tolerate this.
Had Ghulam Nabi Azad been a naive politician just like Rahul Gandhi, these remarks might not have sounded as dangerous. But the problem is that he is a seasoned politician and hails from Kashmir only. He is deliberately playing with fire and giving into secessionists and terrorists for making political gains. It is highly condemnable how such a senior politician is openly trying to defame India and its security forces and sympathising with the terrorists. A conspiracy of sorts between Pakistani terror organisation and the Congress seem all the more plausible now even as terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba immediately reciprocated and endorsed Azad’s remarks. The Congress cannot distance itself from Azad’s statements, it is clear that they are giving fodder to India’s enemies.
The cat is out of the bag. Lashkar terrorists have spilled the beans. Know your Italian Congress

If stone pelters, secessionists and the Burhan Wanis are “civilians” for Ghulam Nabi Azad, then he is in for more sorrow. With the imposition of president’s rule, there will be an all-out attack on all such anti-social and anti-national elements. There will be no ceasefires, only action against such elements no matter how much Ghulam Nabi Azad or the Congress hates it. This is not for the first time that Azad has made such abashing statements. One cannot forget how he had openly used Islamic extremism while asking for votes before the Karnataka elections. However, with this statement he has crossed all limits. From the former Congress president shedding tears after the Batla House encounter in which two Indian Mujahideen terrorists were gunned down and calling the surgical strikes fake, the grand old party has time and again shown its deep love for terror groups and hatred for the men in uniform. It exposes how the entire party organisation is actively involved in pandering to vested interests and India’s enemies.
