If the court does act on this, it will come across as a huge embarrassment for Arvind Kejriwal. As Kapil Mishra has said this will be for the first time in the history of our country that a court will ask a Chief Minister to attend the assembly and fulfil his democratic and constitutional duties.
Since the news of exceptional 10 % attendance of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi Assembly has come out he is facing backlash on social media. He in fact missed important sessions for full statehood and sealing. This is such an irresponsible behaviour, when Kejriwal was carrying out the so-called revolution to clean Indian politics in Delhi he made big promises about good governance but slowly with time he has emerged as one more cunning politician whose only motive is to always remain in power anyhow. People were already angry with his behavior and since the news of his low attendance has surfaced it has added fuel to the fire. It has irked many people. Such a behaviour of Kejriwal is undemocratic and autocratic. Just because he has an overwhelming majority in the Assembly that doesn’t give him the right to do whatever his heart desires. He is undermining the sanctity of the assembly and also mandates of the people. He compensates his absence in Delhi Assembly by being hyperactive and attentive on Social Media especially Twitter. On twitter he does human welfare like reviewing movies, abusing PM, making vague accusations against individuals, retweeting fake news, providing jokes and meme materials to social media user and many other things which revolutionaries do after occupying the throne.
