Congress President Rahul Gandhi can be called incompetent, inexperienced and a lot of other things when it comes to politics. Rahul Gandhi can be accused of everything and much more but he certainly cannot be accused for lacking ambition. His ‘hard work’ for the Prime Minister’s post has stirred the Congress party on the road to an early end. It feels like Rahul Gandhi is immune to the general opinion the public has about him. Either that, or Rahul is intentionally ignoring the mood of the Indian masses after a spree of losses in various state elections. Even the whitewashing of Congress in the 2014 General Elections was not enough for him and his cabal to re-evaluate his party’s goals in light of changing ground realities. The cabal consisting of sycophants have duped Rahul Gandhi into thinking that he is the future PM. His dynastical and genealogical claims to the PM seat have become so deep rooted in his mental makeup that he is unable to see reality and the impending doom of his party in the coming future. This deep rooted belief was on display quite recently in the final days of campaigning in Karnataka.
Rahul Gandhi was asked a couple of questions by a person at an outreach program held for prominent citizens in Bengaluru regarding his aspirations for the Prime Ministerial post. Reeking of delusion, Rahul Gandhi replied, “I am pretty convinced that Mr Modi is not going to be prime minister. I can see it in his face. He knows it.”
The next question which came Rahul Gandhi’s way was, “Will you become Prime Minister?,” to which he replied by stating that he would like to become the next PM of India if Congress won the Lok Sabha 2019 elections. A hint of doubt regarding Congress winning the 2019 elections was visible in the answer given by Rahul Gandhi, to quote “Well it depends… it depends on how well the Congress party does. If the Congress party is the biggest party, yes,”
Rahul Gandhi and Congress party’s fascination with Prime Minister Modi and BJP is not going to stop any time soon, and neither is Rahul Gandhi’s obsession with the post of the Prime Minister, a position he is never going to find himself in. The reason is simple; he is too inefficient to be the PM of a country as big as India. He simply lacks command over his own party workers and is neither a knowledgeable or experienced person, a fact which is acknowledged by all the ex-allies of Congress such as TMC and SP-BSP. NCP leader Sharad Pawar and TMC’s Mamata Banerjee have openly rejected the possibility of fighting elections under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership. Law & order and national security will come under serious threat if a person of Rahul Gandhi’s caliber is elected to the PM seat. Corruption will once again flourish in India as it has under Congress’s rule in the past. Vote bank and caste-based politics will once again be on the rise and minority appeasement will be at an all time high. The economy will suffer, as would the carefully calculated diplomatic ties PM Modi has worked so hard on fostering. It is precisely for these reasons that India will never elect Rahul Gandhi as the PM. India would become the laughing stock of the world as the world’s largest democracy would have fallen for dynastical politics.
