Goal post shifting skill set of Indian media is a spiffing, record setting level of bias and bigotry. They amaze the masses as they continue to outdo themselves in the skill of goal post shifting. The latest example is the riots in West Bengal.
As I have noted previously, they work to an agenda which appears to primarily target the Hindus. The campaigns are carved out in unfathomable ways that has the credentials to put the best spinners of the world gasping for breath.
A post by a minor boy set in motion a religious group berserk destroying in its way countless Hindu homes, livelihood and not to mention the overall loss of public property. This puts into focus the dark world of radical home-grown Islamists who want to stone the boy as per sharia law! The media which was quick to cover Junaid and lead a campaign against his unfortunate death putting the blame squarely on Hindus failed to identify the religion in these riots. And if one notices minutely how the spin is taking place, it reveals that “it was the boy who provoked” mind you that if a cow is killed which is sacred to Hindus it is freedom to eat but it is the boy who “provoked”! So, one must note the choice of words, while Muslim fanatics when provoked can go on a rampage but the Hindu sentiments do not matter!
The media at present is approaching the goal post change by another angle calling the people of Bengal as primary Bengalis who do not differentiate themselves on the basis of religion but rather on region. This point in the goal post shift is aimed at secular Hindus not living in Bengal, the media wants them to believe that there have been no problems in the past and the present problems are due to BJP or RSS. But what the media seems to have forgotten is multiple riots that have happened in the past. The media tries to shadow the point of Islamic extremism which is in fact the cause of the present situation in West Bengal.
Media with the gun on leftist shoulder continues to deride Hindus and their beliefs in form of cow worship and push the agenda of cow vigilantism with the central idea to instil the feeling of self-castigation among Hindus. The media with the backing of their political masters have made sure to keep stoking the fire with the aim to instill a feeling of inferiority and helplessness. The latest example of the same was a slaughter of a calf in broad daylight by Congress workers and the media attempted to cover for the Congress by calling it an ox. PETA India obediently thanked Rahul Gandhi for his token tweet. But the same media in the West Bengal riots has failed to shame the Wahhabis for their actions. One can only wonder, Why?
The media has then gone ahead to use one of the last weapons of separation and disunion in its quiver. The weapon being “language”! They have for years tried to divide Hindus on the basis of language with some success.
Media has also claimed that it was “hindi” speaking outsiders who rioted and created ruckus.
The same attempt is presently being carried out in Bengaluru, was attempted in Tamil Nadu and one must be on the qui vive for these nature of attempts as nobody ever asked for the signboards to be put in Hindi in the first place. The local government with the help of media created the hype and the same has died down after serving the purpose. The sick mind games to separate Hindus on the basis of language is what the media and their political masters desire and they must not succeed.
The versions brought forth by the mainstream media are frequently torn down on social media platforms as lies brought out in the open. The media under the skin of proverbial sheep is actually a pack of wolves with the aim to prevent Hindu unity which stands firmly in the way of “ghazwa e hind”. The protests against Mamata Banerjee in various part of India are a proof of the fact that Indians are now done with the plague of “minority appeasement”.
Lastly, to put things into perspective one must remember the history, not only of the Indian Kashmiri pandits but also of the disappearing population of Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan also to put into notice the erstwhile Hindu Rashtra of Nepal.
