This Dreaded Gangster was under the political protection of UPA

gangster nayeemuddin telangana upa plan

During the twilight morning hours of Monday the 8th of August, when the entire country was still waking up to their rigors of the day, an incident was underway at Shadnagar, an emerging satellite township of Hyderabad. The incident was the killing of dreaded gangster and ex-PWG (People’s War Group) member Nayeemuddin at his hideout by the Telangana Police. The Telangana Police acting at a tip-off approached the house with stealth, and when challenged by Nayeem’s men, engaged in an exchange of gunfire, resulting in the death of Nayeemuddin.

If not for the connection of Nayeemuddin and the infamous Sohrabuddin encounter which the Liberals and the Congress had tried to corner the BJP President Shri Amit Shah and through him our PM Shri Modi, this incident would have passed off as any regular gangster slaying incident, and it seems it still has not caught the attention of the Media. That too, for obvious reasons.

For those who would not know the exact minute details of the Sohrabuddin encounter case, Sohrabuddin and his wife Kauser Bi were intercepted by the Gujarat Police when they were enroute to Sangli (Maharashtra) from Hyderabad on a Public Bus on Nov 23rd, 2003. Sohrabuddin was a dreaded gangster who was operating out of Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh, and one of his noble activities was gun running. He had wide contacts with the Underworld and some of his noble contacts included Dawood Ibrahim. He was involved in a number of extortion and murder cases in both the states, and seemed to operate freely and without fear in Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh. This was until 2002, when a certain Narendra Modi took charge of the state. The heat felt by Sohrabuddin was so much that, he was forced to flee and change his base to Hyderabad which offered him complete protection under the YSR regime in AP. In Hyderabad his hosts were Nayeemuddin and his Sister.

The Gujarat Police in their detailed narrative of their pickup of Sohrabuddin and his wife had clearly mentioned Nayeemuddin’s name (who was calling himself as Kalimuddin then) as one of the witness who was traveling in the same bus. This version was trashed by the Congress led CBI who filed a counter narrative that, the person Kalimuddin to which the Gujarat Police were referring to was not Kalimuddin but actually Tulsiram Prajapati a completely unrelated person and he too was eliminated subsequently in December 2006 by the Gujarat Police for being a witness to the Sohrabuddin fake encounter.

The actual fact being that Tulsiram Prajapati was a known associate of Sohrabuddin and was involved in the killing of BJP MLA Haren Pandya. It is a fact to be noted that Kalimuddin alias Nayeemuddin too was mentioned as an accused in the Haren Pandya murder case. Geeta Johri, the then IGP investigating the case on behalf of the Gujarat govt clearly mentioned Kalimuddin alias Nayeemuddin as the witness as well as Police Informer to the Sohrabuddin pick-up. But this was trashed by the UPA guided CBI who gave a counter report that, it was not Kalimuddin but it was Tulasiram Prajapati who was picked up from the bus along with Sohrabuddin.

IGP Geeta Johri infact mentioned in her petition that “Nayeemuddin of Hyderabad is one of the accused absconding in the Haren Pandya murder case and if the Gujarat police had known that Kalimuddin and Nayeemuddin were one and the same, Gujarat police would have arrested Kalimuddin alias Nayeemuddin,” her petition stated.  She went ahead and mentioned in her petition that: Defending herself and citing the charge sheet filed by the CBI in the Sohrabuddin case, Geeta Johri, in a curative petition, had said: “It appears that Kalimuddin was in People’s War Group and then turned police informer and was being protected by the Andhra Pradesh police as a valuable informer for them as also for the central intelligence.”

Coming back to the present activities of Nayeemuddin, the Telangana Police unearthed an empire which would make even Dawood Ibrahim cringe and wonder as to why he wasted all his life in hiding at various places across the world.

The evidence of Nayeemuddin’s empire unearthed by the Telangana Police is as below:

It is learnt that the police seized 137 documents pertaining to properties worth Rs 1680 crore at his Narsingi residence. The police also found 430 documents with his aunt. Nayeem encroached upon hundreds of acres of land from bigwigs by threatening them. He also collected huge assets in Chhattisgarh and Odisha.

The details of assets of Nayeemuddin are:

69 acres in Kondapur worth Rs 1,000 crore; costly flats at 40 places in Manikonda and Pupplaguda areas worth another Rs 1,000 crore; 500 acre land in Bommalaramaram near Bhongir in Nalgonda district; lands near Airport; Audi car, Honda CRV, Ford Endeavor, 1180 square yards sight at NTR Nagar in Saroornagar; land in survey numbers 230/231 at Chinakakani in Guntur district documents seized; land in survey numbers 462, 468 at Attapur; land in Survey number 87 at Kondapur, another plot at Shaikpet; another four plots at Musarabad, 1365 square yards land at Jubilee Hills, 175 plots at Bhongir, and lands at Ghatkesar, Ramanthapur, Gowlipura, Aminpura areas.

The police recovered four pistols, bullet proof jackets, 258 cell phones, diaries, pen drives, hard discs, memory cards and laptops.

In addition, a shocking fact also came to the fore front about his activities. This is Girl Trafficking for the purpose of flourishing his main business.

Nayeemuddin’s sister and wife used to source out minor, widowed & destitute girls for the purpose of honey trapping high profile clients and furthering his activities. The Police also found out medications for HIV treatment at his residence, which the Police suspect he might have contracted through his many liaisons.

This brings us to the main question. How come a gangster, operate and flourish with so much impunity and amass properties and assets worth thousands of crores? Can it be possible without Political patronage? It is now an open fact that, Nayeem would not have flourished beyond year 2006, if not for the activism of the UPA guided CBI, and the Liberal Main Stream Media. The moment the CBI started hounding the Gujarat Police and specifically, DG Vanzara & Shri AMit Shah for the so called ‘encounters’ of Sohrabuddin, Ishrat Jahan & Tulasiram Prajapati, they indirectly gave a new lease of life to Nayeemuddin. In fact, the CBI in their counter report clearly mentioned that, they followed up on Geeta Johri’s report on Kalimuddin alias Nayeemuddin and traced him to Zaheerabad, Medak district of present day Telangana on the Karnataka border and found him selling tea as a vendor, and when being asked about his connections with Sohrabuddin, he mentioned that, he is not aware of anyone as they mentioned. After which he was left off.

This clearly shows how illegal activities, gangsters and the underworld flourished and thrived under the Indian Secular Umbrella and Patronage. These gangsters most of whom are Muslims became cult figures, and over saw empires which actually at times defy believable logic. Inspection of call records of Nayeem has unearthed a few TDP leaders were in touch with him. Several calls from the landline of one TDP leader to his mobile have been discovered. It goes without saying that the KCR government will go all out to nail the TDP through Nayeem. There are reports that, KCR gave the green signal to nail Nayeem after the complaint of 2 of his MLAs. Then, there are also other reports that, he was targeting KCR’s family, which led to this incident.

The truth is always like the morning dew, which vanishes with the 1st sign of sunlight. We will never know the actual truth as to what made the Telangana Police to go after Nayeem. Having said that, they in fact have done a commendable job, for which they need to be appreciated.

But, my gut feeling is, that, the die for this incident was cast during our PM’s recent to Telangana, and this incident is KCR’s gift to our PM.
