Sanitation workers are not getting their dues properly. My smartphone is still devoid of Delhi Government’s Wifi facility. Sheila Dixit is roaming freely. Yamuna is still a mess. Odd Even is an unprecedented mess and a blatant source of corruption. Women of Delhi are still not safe. And CM Kejriwal is out there tweeting.
Dear CM Kejriwal, I, a Delhiite am fed up of your antics and if your 2014 resignation was an uncalled for perfidy upon the citizens of Delhi, a resignation in today’s time is more than called for. You and your party have turned out to be nothing but an agent of the alliance of the Pseudo Seculars and the corrupt. Your Janlokpal movement was a farce and just an attempt to woo the electorate, the truth is out in open. Your Government has not fulfilled a single of your impracticable poll promises. The Government of the day which is a mere failure on all fronts should call it a day and allow Delhittes to get what they deserve. Following are the reasons due to which I am feeling compelled to demand a resignation from you.
Issue of corruption:
Dear CM Kejriwal, The primary purpose of your Government and your party in particular was bringing the corrupt to justice.
You even had a 370 page evidence against Sheila Dixit, the former CM of Delhi. You have been in power for more than a year and not a single inquiry has been initiated against her even though you had gone hammer and tongs against the Union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley on the basis of hearsay and frivolous allegations. Not only this, you even hugged Lalu, the symbol of corruption and your party’s cyber cell even helped a Government with a corrupt ally get into power in the state of Bihar. This puts a serious question mark on your intention of fighting and punishing the corrupt.
In fact, corruption blossomed in Delhi during your much hyped and overrated Odd Even scheme under your nose. The Auto Permit scam is a mere testimony to the same.
Hoax ‘Aam Aadmi’
Dear CM Kejriwal, I still remember how you claimed that your MLAs will take only 25% of the sanctioned salaries and the rest of the funds will be used for the development of Delhi. The whole of Delhi thought that this party will bring about a revolution at least in the National Capital and VVIP culture will become a thing of the past. Make no mistake the VVIP culture has only blossomed in Delhi even as the salaries of your MLAs have sky rocketed with an unprecedented hike of 400%. The truth is the ‘Aam Aadmi ki Sarkar’ you promised was a cheap publicity stunt and your party name and its working is a sad contradiction.
You also promised to end the ‘High Command’ culture in Indian Politics and promised publicly elected party candidates and a transparent party structure. Ironically, your act of throwing out Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Yadav and your party Lokpal was an act of plain narcissism. You have turned out to be a dictatorial party convener. Make no mistake you are to AAP what Sonia Gandhi is to the Indian National Congress.
Pseudo Secularism
Dear CM Kerjiwal, I still can’t understand how hosting an Iftaar Party or wearing a skull cap will bring about secularism and in case wasting public money meant for developmental expenditure actually brings about secularism then why is it not being spent on hosting parties before Diwali or for that matter any other festival. Call me a Bhakt for that is going to be the only answer with the Pseudos you are just another regular Leftist ideology oriented party which has only one means of survival and that is appeasing one particular community and using that community’s unfortunate backwardness, both social and economic, in order to stay relevant in mainstream politics.
Cheap Publicity:
Needlessly dragging in the Prime Minister into trivial issues and creating controversies out of thin air has been all what you have done while in office in your tenure as a CM. Delhi has become a hub of cheap publicity under your Government. The whole ‘advertisement’ budget of the Delhi Government has been spent on Kejriwal’s and AAP’s publicity. This is as heinous as laundering tax money, if not more. In the name of advertisement by Delhi Government in public interest, you have blatantly spent the tax money of Delhiites in the larger interest of your own party.
Your Odd Even scheme is the biggest example of your excellent ability to publicise as successful the biggest of your failures. Odd Even I failed to make any improvement upon Delhi’s atmosphere and even IIT Kanpur has submitted reports to that effect and pollution only increased during the recently concluded Odd Even II. Still an adamant Kejriwal declared the pathetic and improperly planned scheme as successful and a panacea for congestion and pollution. The reality being that I as a Delhiite could get rid of neither congestion nor pollution. The only obvious impact of the scheme was, inconvenience.
Conclusion
We have a dictator in Sonia Gandhi. We have a religious bigot and pseudo secular in every party which claims it to be the biggest proponent of secularism. We even have a leader fond of and an expert at cheap publicity in Lalu.
Dear CM Kejriwal Now, we do not need and in fact, the Nation on a whole does not deserve a leader who is a mix of all the evils mentioned above. You unfortunately have expertise at each of them and the biggest perfidy upon the Nation would be to see the emergence of such a National leader as yourself. Your political career started from Delhi; make no mistake it has been a nightmare. The biggest favour you can make upon the people of Delhi in particular and India in general is to tender a resignation in the larger public interest.
