Pastor Bajinder Singh, a self-proclaimed Christian preacher known for his so-called “miraculous healings,” has once again made headlines, this time for violently assaulting a man and a woman in his office in Punjab’s Jalandhar. The shocking incident was caught on CCTV and has since gone viral, exposing yet another layer of deceit and abuse surrounding this controversial figure.
The victims, identified as residents of Mohali, were reportedly opposing Bajinder Singh’s fraudulent activities when he turned violent. In the footage, the so-called pastor is seen aggressively slapping and attacking the man, allegedly for stopping his sister from attending Singh’s dubious church services. The woman, too, was subjected to physical assault as Bajinder Singh flung objects at her before repeatedly slapping and pushing her. Despite the clear evidence of violence, the victims have yet to issue an official statement.
This is not the first time Pastor Bajinder Singh has found himself in legal trouble. He was previously arrested in July 2018 for the rape of a woman in Zirakpur and had earlier served time in prison in connection with a murder case. His long history of criminal behavior raises serious questions about how he has continued to operate under the guise of religious leadership.

Bajinder Singh’s Church of Glory and Wisdom is notorious for duping vulnerable people with false promises of healing. His YouTube channel, boasting over 3.74 million subscribers, is filled with videos where he fraudulently claims to cure life-threatening illnesses such as HIV-AIDS, paralysis, and cancer through his so-called “Changai Sabhas” (healing congregations). This exploitation of faith and desperation has allowed him to amass a massive following, despite his history of deceit and violence.
The recent assault video should serve as a wake-up call, exposing Bajinder Singh not as a spiritual guide but as a fraud and criminal who preys on people’s faith. His actions demand immediate legal consequences, and authorities must ensure that he no longer misuses religion to deceive and harm innocent individuals.
