Focus on Rape gangs: Donald Trump takes European leaders to the cleaners

Trump

On Sunday (March 2), European leaders gathered in London for a European defence summit. Following their meeting, Donald Trump took the entire leadership of Europe to the cleaners. Slamming them, Trump adviced them that instead of worrying about Putin, European leaders must focus on improving law and order situation, especially when heinous crimes like rape, drug trafficking are seeing a spike.

Taking to his social media handles, Trump wrote, “We should spend less time worrying about Putin and more time worrying about migrant rape gangs, drug lords, murderers, and people from mental institutions entering our Country – So that we don’t end up like Europe!”

Donald Trump, who returned to the White House by highlighting the genuine domestic issues and promising to stop the war in Ukraine, is already doing his job. In the process, he is not bothered about his allies getting hurt; rather, he is bothered about the real issues that are going to help Americans and looks successful in doing that.

The relationship between the US and Europe is deteriorating day by day. The previous week has been tiring and unexpected for European leaders. First, French President Emanual Macron, then Keir Starmer, and then Zelenskyy went and met US President Donald Trump in the White House. These meetings were aimed to please Donald Trump and get US support for the security of Europe, NATO and Ukraine, but the meetings did not bring anything substantial for Europe, NATO or Ukraine. Rather, the world has seen what happened in the meeting between Zelensky and Trump.

Europe has failed to understand the real issues in their society. Europeans are facing migration, rape gangs (Grooming Gangs), social disharmony and wokeism. Liberal leaders have failed to solve the economic hurdles of the European citizens in the backdrop of the Ukraine war. The European decision to sanction Russia has backfired in the sense that the Russian economy is growing, but the European economy looks stagnant due to increased inflation in the absence of Russian oil and gas.

Trump’s jibe at Europe is an indirect reminder of the US to Europeans to give attention to their people and stop caring about Putin. Previously, the US vice-president JD Vance gave a reality check at the Munich Security Conference by pointing out their mistakes. He declared that “there is nothing more urgent than mass migration” and accused European leaders of suppressing free speech and censorship—including by referencing Germany’s far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which German intelligence has classified as extremist.
