The Allu Arjun – Sandhya Theatre stampede controversy is far from over. Let me be blunt from the outset today, it is not a regular crime investigation story and not the routine course of action at play. What is at play here will have a far reaching, or should I say, a chilling effect on the Telugu movie industry, Tollywood and even other regional industries down south. It is no surprise that virtually every time, the law has skewed in favour of VIPs.
But here, in Allu Arjun’s case, it’s different, the VIP in the picture is at the receiving end of repressive and hastened application of law. Even when the actor said that he was more than willing to cooperate in the investigation, the state government adopted an unusual approach.
Days after the incident, Police allegedly barged at his Jubilee Hills residence. They rejected the actor’s plea to give him a few minutes to change, and he was hurriedly taken into custody.
Since then, the actor is being harrassed, attacked, and facing threats from Congress leaders. The smear campaigns led by the state Congress government and its supportive ecosystem continues to date.
Let me contrast the treatment the VIP got in this case. Allu Arjun was denied bail and sent to judicial custody for 14 days. And when the Telangana High Court granted him interim bail the same day, – yes, he got an early hearing solely because of his deep pockets but poor can’t get dates – but that’s the usual trend I am stressing today – the balance has been in favour of VIP, but not entirely in this case. He was not allowed to come out of jail despite getting bail from the High Court, why? Procedural delay.. Procedural delay in releasing VIPs.. Isn’t the ‘left’ tilt of the balance of scale clearly visible?
Even if you say this isn’t enough to assert that Allu Arjun is being targeted and the attack on his house was just a happenstance, and the alleged links of attackers with state CM Revanth Reddy is too far-fetched. Let’s hear directly from the horse’s mouth.

According to media reports, Allu Arjun is considered too close to the earlier BRS regime and he has no love lost with CM Revanth Reddy. For a very long time, Congress leader and current Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has been trying to court Allu Arjun in his camp. A straightforward political turf war to control Cinema industries.
Recently, in a televised show, India TV journalist Devendra Parashar pointed towards the same. According to the India TV journalist, Allu Arjun and CM Revanth Reddy have not been on good terms and Allu Arjun didn’t give time to Revanth Reddy for a meeting when the latter was Telangana Congress Head. Additionally, Allu Arjun didn’t extend courtesy greetings to CM Reddy.
Devendra Parashar, Journalist:
“Revanth Reddy wanted to show Allu Arjun his place. Allu didn’t give time to Revanth for a meeting when the latter was TG Cong Head.~ He even told the producer of Pushpa that He WON’T ATTEND an event where Reddy is coming.”🤯

Furthermore, it is also being claimed that the team of Pushpa 2 movie wanted that CM Revanth Reddy should also be the part of the movie’s premiere at this very Sandhya Theatre. But Allu Arjun stood against inviting Revanth Reddy.
Nonetheless, the threat by Congress leaders and inside stories vindicate the fact that it’s Revanth Reddy who has an axe to grind with the Telugu Superstar, and the ugly scenes are only vendetta politics at play with Revanth Reddy scoring points against Allu Arjun.
