Someone rightly said, Truth is stranger than fiction. Don’t believe us? Then take Atiq Ahmad for reference. The man’s life, as well as his killing, is anything but normal. Now it turns out, that this entire fuss may have been a well-coordinated conspiracy gone horribly wrong. Take a look at UP Police’s recent revelations, and whether Guddu Muslim was actually behind the killings of Atiq Ahmad and his brother Ashraf. Let’s go ahead folks.
UP Police’s starting revelations
Of late, UP Police has launched several investigations into the dastardly killing of Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf.
For those unaware, On April 15, gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf Ahmed were shot dead while they were being taken for a medical examination.
Moments later, Atiq Ahmed was brought out of the van. Ashraf and a police officer helped him to get down. Before stepping out of the van, at around 20 seconds timestamp in the video, Atiq looked to his left and nodded at someone. He then slowly stepped down and walked with the police alongside his brother Ashraf. They had only begun conversing with the media when they were shot dead in full media glare.
Now, the UP Police have now made a shocking claim that Atiq Ahmed had planned an attack on himself when he was in the custody of Uttar Pradesh police. It has been said that Atiq Ahmed had chosen his sharpshooter and close aide Guddu Muslim to execute the fake attack on himself.
On that fateful day, moments before the murder, Atiq Ahmed appeared to have nodded to someone while coming out of the police van. As of now, the police authorities have now started investigating, whether the three accused : Lavlesh, Sunny and Arun, were also employed by Guddu Muslim, or not.

FIRST TIME, HUH?
As per the testimonials of eyewitnesses, media persons asked them something about Guddu Muslim. Ashraf started to answer, saying, “Main baat yeh hai ki Guddu ne”. Before he could finish the sentence, Atiq was shot in the head. Ashraf looked in the direction where Atiq fell, and he was shot too. Multiple shots were fired, and both gangster brothers died on the spot.
However, if you think that this happened all of a sudden, you are terribly mistaken. In 2002, while in police custody, Atiq Ahmed plotted to have himself attacked while being taken to a district court for a hearing. At that time, a crude bomb was thrown at him, and Atiq Ahmed sustained minor injuries to his head and arm. Later, it turned out that Ahmed himself planned the attack.
Besides, when Asad Ahmed, one of the key accused in the Umesh Pal murder case, was shot dead following an intense encounter with UP Police, some startling details were revealed. According to police sources, Asad was in contact with Guddu Muslim, as well as Atiq Ahmad, in order to stage an attack on his police convoy, in order to liberate Atiq. However, Asad was killed before the plan could be brought to action.

Was it Guddu Muslim?
Now the question remains: Was Guddu Muslim actually the one who double crossed the Ahmad brothers? Though the real reason is still subject to investigation, it might be possible that Atiq Ahmad did call for Guddu Muslim to stage a fake attack, only that Guddu decided to change his mind for real.
