Karila Mata Mandir Ashoknagar – Guide

The belief of Karila Mata Mandir is that mother Sita gave birth to Luv and Kush here. That’s why It is very famous. By the way, Sita Mata is hailed here, because here there is a temple of Mother Sita, not of Lord Rama.
History of this Temple
Talking about the history of Karila Mata Mandir Ashoknagar, about 200 years ago, Mahant Tapasi Maharaj had a dream in the night that Maa Janaki and Luv-Kush were living for some time in the ashram situated on the mound in Karila village. But this Valmiki ashram is lying deserted.
You go there and wake up this ashram. After this, the next day in the morning, Tapasi Maharaj started to find Karila hill. He found the same ashram on the Karila hill as he had seen and heard in his dream. Tapasi Maharaj stayed on this hill and himself started cleaning the ashram. Seeing him, the nearby villagers also cooperated with him.
