TTP parallel government is a new begging bowl strategy of Pakistan

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Government: The foundations of the ‘terrorist incubator,’ Pakistan, had been laid on the vicious ‘anti-India’ sentiments. From the very beginning the nation failed to uphold ‘the principles of democracy’ with military coups becoming a norm. Consequently, the nation had been reduced to a namesake democracy, as the real powers vested with the Army establishment, which overshadowed the democratic setup.

Over the years, the nation has adopted a ‘phenomenal foreign policy’ whereby, the politicians are expected to dance to the tunes of the military dictum and reach out to the world with a ‘begging bowl’ to meet the interests of the establishment and their terror puppets.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan carries out General Asim Munir agenda

The recent reports of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) proclaiming its rule in our neighborhood, undermining Pakistan’s sovereignty, does not come as a surprise.  Ever since the appointment of General Asim Munir, the first ‘Mullah General’ of Pakistan, radicalisation of the populace was much expected.

A month later, the ideological brotherhood of the establishment with the terror outfit, has started to bear fruits, with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) establishing a parallel government in Pakistan, amidst the defoliating relations of the politicians with the Army. Evidently, for a nation where it is a settled belief that,”सेना की सहमति के बिना, यहाँ परिंदा भी पर नहीं मार सकता”, referring to the absolute domination of the Army, the TTP has announced for a parallel government

More so, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has gone a step ahead and allocated various terror outfits with significant portfolios of defense, judiciary, information, political affairs, economic affairs, education, a fatwa-issuing authority, intelligence, and a department for construction.

The event cannot be seen in isolation as the ‘political system of Pakistan’ has failed in recent times to deliver on the promises of development, with the nation suffering the menace of skyrocketing price rise and deteriorating economy.

So to say, the revenue prospects of the Army are witnessing a serious crunch as the nation has to beg for foreign aid to survive. Thereby, the bosses of the establishment have devised a new strategy to receive humanitarian aid for the nation by endorsing themselves as a victim of terrorism and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) parallel regime.

Asim Munir’s Anti-India fanaticism

Defense expert, Retired Special Secretary R&AW Ramanathan Kumar, has claimed that Mullah General Asim Munir is the outcome of Zia-ul-Haq’s promotion of overt religiosity in the Pakistan Army. The overt religiosity in Pakistan’s Army has a direct ramification for India. Evidently, General Asim Munir belongs to the infamous radicalized list of Mullah General, who had carried out terrorist attacks in India in the past, owing to their religious fanaticism and cowardice.

Furthermore, the past track record of Hafiz-e-Koran’ Asim Munir is soiled with the blood of Indian soldiers.  The fanatic Asim Munir took charge as ISI Chief in October 2018, and during his tenure, the notorious intelligence agency ISI carried out the Pulwama Attack in February 2019.

That is to say, with the appointment of Asim Munir at the helm of military establishment, are dangerous signs for India as the terrorist outfits in Pakistan can get new fervor.

Therefore, the recent move of establishing a parallel Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) government in Pakistan can be said to be motivated with the support of the army in order to rejuvenate the terror outfits in the nation. Furthermore, the TTP government would provide a camouflage to the Anti-India fanaticism of General Asim Munir, as the Pakistan Army and the government can distance themselves from any prospective terror incidents in India, under the guise of TTP.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) the new puppet of Pakistan Army

The establishment of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) government is a win-win for the army establishment as the ideology of the TTP is in synchronization with the beliefs of Mullah General Asim Munir. Further, the establishment of the TTP government provides great prospects for the Army to extract more from the national treasury.

In addition, it also facilitates the silencing of voices of the critics that have for the first time in Pakistan history, brought the dark side of the Army in the public eye, under the leadership of Imran Khan.

More so, it provides an opportunity for the Army to carry out the ‘begging-bowl’ foreign policy of the nation, by sending delegates and ministers to foreign soil for aid to tackle the atrocities of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Thus, saving the terrorist nation from collapsing owing to the deteriorating economy, widespread public anguish and increased radicalisation that has headed the nation to the brink of a civil war situation.
