KS Bhagwan abusive remark on Bhagwan Ram: The Indic philosophy is often subjected to criticism by the so-called “rationalists,” “intellectuals” and “activists.” People who find leisure in ‘achieving their two-minutes of fame’ by ‘mocking traditional Hindu beliefs. The left cabal has created an “ecosystem that is fanatically obsessed with making” unsupported, uncanny and bizarre claims on Hindu scriptures and culture. On the contrary, they find other religious beliefs infallible, irrespective of how ambiguous and obscure the proposed ideas and beliefs are.
KS Bhagwan: abusive remark on Bhagwan Ram
The left ecosystem comprising various ‘self-proclaimed intellectuals and rationalists’ have time and again spilled poison against Hindu deities and beliefs. The recent treacherous act of barbarism can be evidently witnessed from the creepy statement of Karnataka-based author and ‘rationalist’ KS Bhagwan. The obscure claims of author KS Bhagwan has stirred up an unnecessary controversy once more. He has alleged that the ‘Valmiki Ramayana’ asserts that ‘Bhagwan Ram’ used to enjoy wine with Sita every afternoon.
The statement was given at a public gathering at an event in Karnataka’s Mandya district on Friday. The writer KS Bhagwan said, “In the afternoon, Rama’s main activity was to sit with Sita and drink wine. I am not saying this. That’s what the documents say and the Valmiki Ramayana says.”
The bizarre claims are nothing more than an incident of ‘cherry picking words’ and using the wildest of interpretations to the age-old documented scripture of Valmiki. The statement lacks contextual understanding on the subject. It is nothing more than a publicity stunt to promote his book titled ‘Rama Mandira Yake Beda’.
Right wing organization protests
The statement of K.S Bhagwan has drawn the attention of various ‘ardent followers of Hinduism’. The spokesperson Vinod Bansal in his interview to Republic Network said, “This shows their mindset. Those who commit evil things believe that the Hindu gods also do the same. I think such people should not be given attention. He is not an intellectual; in fact, he is an enemy of intellectuals. Society is slowly boycotting them and soon these people will become outdated. The secular brigade born from Congress pushed these types of people to the top. They made them anti-Hindu and launched them in the market.”
Further, criticizing the objectionable remark against Bhagwan Ram and Maa Sita, Karnataka BJP leader Vivek Reddy demanded the government to probe the matter and take “serious action” against the Kannada writer.
He said “This is an attack of the most vulgar and cheap kind. It shows the cheap status and mindset of KS Bhagwan… there must be a social boycott against him. If this had happened in any other county, what he would have faced, would be something very different. India is a very tolerant country, but we can’t tolerate the shaming of our gods.… there is a limit to everything. I request the government take serious action against him and put him behind bars.”

Illogical blabber of KS Bhagwan
However, the inopportune incident brings out the fact that KS Bhagwan is a serial offender who has, time and again, resorted to derogatory comments against the ‘Indic Culture’ and ‘Hindu’ faith. Earlier in the year 2015, KS Bhagwan has made a comment against the Holy ‘Bhagavad Gita’.
The psychologically unhinged writer had expressed that he would burn certain pages of the ‘Bhagavad Gita’. The despotic state of affairs can be noted from the fact that every now and then the writer made weird comments and got away despite several police complaints being filed. It brings out that the law enforcement is so fragile that anyone can get away after hurting Hindu-religious sentiments.
More significantly, these so-called rationalists who have no scientific acumen find the Indic culture regressive, while the western scientists in the likes of Nikola Tesla, Carl Sagan and others had believed that the Eastern philosophies of India are sufficient enough to provide the world with the guiding light.
