Tripuramalini Shakti Peeth is also known as Devi Talab Mandir, located in Jalandhar, Punjab. It is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths. It is also known as Devi Talab Temple as this temple is situated in the middle of a holy pond. And it is believed to be more than 200 years old. Mata Sati’s chest had fallen here in Tripuramalini. That’s why it is also known as breastbone.

Tripuramalini Shakti Peetha (Devi Talab Mandir) is built at the place where Mata Sati’s chest fell, hence it is also known as Stantpeeth. Additionally, it is said that the idol also holds the power of Mata Vaishno Devi, Maa Lakshmi and Maa Saraswati, all of whom fulfill all the wishes of the devotees. Like other Shaktipeeths, here too a lamp is always burning. Tripuramalini Shaktipeeth is visited by a large number of devotees on Sundays and Tuesdays. Here the goddess is in the form of Shakti.

It was founded by a retired Sessions Court Judge Sh. Mohan Lal Chopra and his son Surinder Mohan Chopra also devoted their entire lives to the service of the temple. Apart from the main temple, there is also a temple dedicated to Goddess Kali.

This historical monument depicts the history and culture and the atrocities committed during the British Raj. It throws light on the struggles of the freedom fighters in India.

By Train- The nearest railway station from this temple is Jalandhar Railway Station which is at a distance of 4 km from Devi Talab Mandir. From here you can easily reach this temple by using local transport services or taxi.

By Road- There are many private and public transport available to reach Tripuramalini Shaktipeeth Temple Jalandhar from any part of the country.
