A S Dulat in Bharat Jodo Yatra: After pausing a week for new year festivities, Rahul Gandhi has resumed the Bharat Jodo Yatra. There is no denial that it is the first time that Rahul Gandhi is running a national campaign incorporating people from different factions. However, the people joining Rahul Gandhi basically belong to a left-liberal group, who are always busy in criticising the government blindly. With every new member joining, Bharat Jodo Yatra is failing its name because of the anti-Indian raze in it.
Anti-national RAW chief
The newest addition to Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is A S Dulat. According to the reports he is seen walking hand-in-hand with Rahul Gandhi. However, Dulat is not out of league of the anti-national cabal.
Amarjeet Singh Dulat (A S Dulat) is a retired special Director of Intelligence Bureau. He also served as the secretary of Research and Analysis Wing from 1999 to 2000. After his retirement in 2004 he worked as an advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office in Jammu & Kashmir.
A S Dulat loves Pakistan
Although he served at very crucial positions, he is not an unbiased person who can be trusted. His allegiance to the anti-national cabal is well known. He is the co-author of a book written with the Asad Durani, the retired Director General (DG) of ISI. In his book he praised Parvez Musharraf by saying “Musharraf was the best, the most reasonable with us.” The same Parvez Musharraf who is solely responsible for the Kargil war and death of half a thousand Indian soldiers.
His anti-national stance can be easily assessed by his stand on ISI. In his book, he has also hailed ISI as the best intelligence agency. He also expressed that he would have loved to work in a similar manner as ISI, which enjoys a lot of autonomy.
He has been the chief intelligence officer. A S Dulat is not that naive to not understand the reason of autonomy that ISI enjoys. Pakistan is a country that is run by military-intelligence complex. The chosen government there is just a puppet. On the other hand, ISI’s autonomy has led to terrorism and instability in the subcontinent. So, maybe he wants India to be an undemocratic and totalitarian state.

Seeking his political dream
In order to gain political attention, A S Dulat is usually seen making irrelevant statements. One such statement was on 2002 riots of Gujarat. He asked PM Modi to offer an apology to the country, knowing that Supreme court has given a clean chit to the Prime Minister. The ask for an apology was on the basis of the then PM Atal Bihari’s statement. However, the reality is that, Atal Bihari Vajpayee criticized the riots as they were unfortunate instead of criticizing the state government.
His criticism of the government follows the same pattern which congress leaders follow. From criticising the government, he takes a step ahead to criticize the Indian Army. Following the Balakot Strike, he praised Pakistan’s diplomacy and criticised India’s stand. He indicated that government’s reaction was anticipated as there was Lok Sabha elections. But Pakistan’s reaction was shocking that after fighting in the air they unilaterally announced to release the pilot.

Guilty of Kashmiri Pandits
Since, he held the post of advisor to PMO in Jammu and Kashmir, his statement on exodus of Kashmiri Pandit is yet another disappointing remark against the national sentiments of India. According to him, Kashmiri Pandits were not the only ones who were the victims of target killings. He further said that along with many pandits many Muslims also left the valley to live a peaceful life somewhere else.
The narrative he was building is the even more devastating than the exodus itself. He compares the Kashmiri pandits, who were raped murdered and coercively made to leave the valley, to the Muslims who left Kashmir out of their choice to enjoy a good life.

Grouping for ‘Bharat Todo’
It is all evident that Mr. A S Dulat has always politicised the incidents without even thinking of the people adversely affected by them. Taking along such persons in Bharat Jodo Yatra is actually manifesting the ideology of the Congress party.
The list of people joining the Yatra clearly shows that it is not Bharat Jodo Yatra. Instead, it is Bharat Todo Yatra. Bharat is facing a fatal threat from that. The people of India should understand the anti-national agenda running behind it.
