Kamal Hassan was born on November 7, 1954. He is an Indian actor, director, dancer, writer, lyricist, playback singer, choreographer, screenwriter, makeup artist, and politician best known for his work in Tamil cinema. Hassan was given the name Parthasarathy at first. Later, his father changed his name to Kamal Hassan. He has two brothers, Charuhasan (born 1930) and Chandrahasan (born 1936).
Nalini Hassan (born 1946) is a classical dancer. He received his primary education in Paramakudi before moving to Madras (now Chennai) to follow in his brothers’ footsteps.
