Aishwarya Bhaskaran is an Indian actress popularly known for her acting in the South Film Industry. She has done films in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu. She has also acted in daily soap operas too and active in the acting industry since 1989. Career
Aishwarya’s first film was Oliyampukal (1991). She did her next movie in the same year which was Mamagaru. In 1992, she appeared in Rasukutty and Meera.
In 1993, Aishwarya Bhaskaran played a dual role in Butterflies. She also did a ‘double role’ in Gardish that year, and which was a remake of the Malayalam movie Kireedam. She turned down the chance to work with Mani Ratnam in Thiruda Thiruda early in her career.
Break-in Career and drugs
Aishwarya Bhaskaran left the film industry after her marriage in 1994 to focus on raising a family. Her marriage, however, went apart, and she developed a heroin addiction as a result of her husband’s addiction, making it impossible for her to re-enter the film industry following her divorce in 1996.

After Rehabilitation
She chose to pursue her degree in computer science after completing rehabilitation and joined the NIIT in 1997, where she prioritized her career as a software developer.
Re-entry to acting
After being persuaded by her friend, actress Revathi, she accepted an invitation to be a part of a television show created by Suresh Chandra Menon. Aishwarya made a comeback in Parthiban’s Housefull (1999), portraying an inspector in command of the bomb disposal unit, after a four-year hiatus due to her marriage, childbirth, and divorce.
During the turn of the century, she continued to play supporting roles in films like Suyamvaram (1999), Sathyameva Jayathe (2000), and Narasimham (2000).
