Turks want “Pervert Pakistanis” to leave their country immediately

#PakistaniPerverts, #PakistanisGoBack, #PakistanisGetOut. These hashtags are trending on the micro-blogging platform Twitter and the country that is doing so is Pakistan’s all-weather friend Turkey. Surprised, right? Pakistan has been sitting in Turkey’s laps for a long time now. Well, there is a saying. No matter how much you feed a snake, it doesn’t leave its habit of biting. Pakistan is one such snake that has now come out to bite Turkey. Thus, the Turks want “Pervert Pakistanis” to leave their country immediately. Let’s dive in to know what actually happened.

Videos of ‘Pakistani perverts’ cause outrage on social media in Turkey

The social media platforms in Turkey are jam-packed after several videos emerged purportedly showing Pakistani men. These Pakistani men can be seen sharing inappropriate videos of Turkish women and children on TikTok.

The shared videos further display these men stalking Turkish women walking on the street. “The harassment videos of Afghan and Pakistani perverts are endless! This time, a Pakistani pervert videotaped the women working in the market and shared it on TikTok. He mocked the cashier by throwing coins from afar,” Rezvani, an engineer at the Technical University of Catalonia, explained in a series of tweets.

Social media users are also expressing their resentment over the actions of Pakistani tourists. A Turkish user wrote, “It’s actually quite pathetic that some Pakistani men travel to Turkey to film Turkish ladies and upload their videos. Apparently they do this back home too and upload the videos or send the videos to the girl’s parents.”

Another user also slammed Pakistani men for such shameful activities. He wrote, “Pakistani pervert beaten up by turkish men for harassing a woman. What shame.”

Turkey stopped granting residency permits to Pakistanis

Turkey, last month, decided to tighten its visa policy for Pakistanisas some Pakistani nationals were involved in the kidnapping of four Nepali citizens in Istanbul. Reportedly, the Recep Tayyip Erdogan-led government stepped in with the decision to make new visa policies for Pakistani nationals. Notably, four Nepali citizens were abducted “at gunpoint” from Taksim Square by a group of six Pakistan nationals.

According to Arab News, “the Turkish government has tightened the visa policy for Pakistanis after ‘crimes’ reportedly involving Pakistanis.” The report further added that the issuance of temporary residence permits for Pakistanis has also been stopped.

Moreover, in another incident, some other Pakistani nationals were also detained by the Turkish authorities. They for protesting against the removal of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan from the office. However, they were released after the intervention of Pakistani diplomats.

Alliance between Turkey and Pakistan

Turkish outfits backed by Erdogan’s radical government in Ankara have been supporting and funding Islamist radical organisations in parts of the country including Kerala and Kashmir. The assessment report in New Delhi had noted the emergence of Turkey as “the hub of anti-India activities” next only to Pakistan.

The Erdoğan government is also using NGOs and lucrative scholarships to lure youngsters into the ‘radicalisation process’ in Turkey. And all of his schemings are being provided with the final touches by Pakistan, which has nearly become enslaved to Erdogan’s demands.

Turkey and Pakistan are the only two countries that have raised the Kashmir issue at the UNSC for two straight years. Ankara has dangled the Kashmir issue in front of Islamabad as bait and since then the Imran Khan government was following Erdogan, in the hope that one day Ankara would gift Kashmir to it.

Well, Pakistanis have once again proved that they can betray anyone and everyone.
