Leadership is the quality of turning vision into reality and Prime Minister Narendra Modi decisively proved this fact through his work. His leadership capabilities not only helped Gujarat to develop but through his prime ministership, he changed the fate of the nation. Every scheme, policy, and law during his term is bringing a revolution in respective sectors. But, putting everything on the shoulder of a single leader will create some sort of leadership crisis in the future. So the successive list of leaders must be ready and BJP has somewhat worked on the principles and till now the leadership vacuum has not been created.
Modi is not BJP
Prime Minister Modi has been associated with strong organizations like BJP and RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) since the start of his career but he has created his unique identity among people through his work. The confidence to take decisive decisions, integrity in character, and being a great speaker, these characteristics define who he is.
Initially working as a normal worker in organizations like BJP & RSS and later taking the charge of Chief Ministership and Prime Ministership, throughout his career, his firm decision making made him popular among people. Despite being associated with a particular organization on the line of ideology, he created his own followers through his work and added strength to the respective organizations. Many people following his principles landed in organizations like the BJP. In a way, his aura & personality forced people to idolize him and persuaded people to think like Modi.

BJP is not Modi
BJP is an organization built to institutionalize the ideology of nationalism. The purpose of creating an organization like this is to bring those people on a platform who idolizes nationalism and national integration.
Modi is simply a part of a big organization that echoes the same ideology. The ideology is to make India strong and intact. The nation’s integrity and unity would be unbreakable at any cost. It is the institutionalized process that creates a range of leaders who, working on the principles of integral humanism, defend Bharat Mata’s interest no matter what.
Organizations like BJP sustain themselves because successive leaders like M.S. Golwalkar, Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay, Pt. Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Lal Krishna Advani inspired the future generations to walk on the path of nationalism and defend Bharat till the last breath. Similarly, Modi contributed to the idea of the BJP but he did not become the organization himself.

Like Modi, many leaders’ ideologies and the principles of the BJP are in the succession of command to lead the party. Leaders like Yogi Adityanath, Himanta Biswa Sarma, or Shivraj Singh Chouhan following the core nationalism idea have themselves created their own followers. Not only the ideology but the amount of work they are doing in the respective states are commendable and the recurring effect of Modi has enlarged the leaders like Modi.
This is true that centralized authority in a particular leader of a party disturbs the balance of power and a living example of the same is INC (Indian National Congress). But the BJP has not let that happen in its organization.
But there are certain media, leaders and bootlicking groups who try to project Modi as a god and this type of overqualification in some ways costs the image of the Prime Minister. It looks like every decision is flowing from the PM office and that his way of working is somewhat authoritative. But the reality is completely opposite.
Maintaining the internal democracy in the party becomes difficult when leaders like Modi, who is ideologized by millions of people, are in the party. His follower list has not hampered the power balance in the party and the credit also goes to his character that he does not let fame & power overshadow his ideology. He remained humble, firm, and strong throughout his career and contributed equally to the party. BJP and Modi, both complemented each other and did not let the Modi become BJP and BJP become the Modi.
