Meghana Lokesh is an actress from India. She is most known for her role as Sasi B.Tech in the Telugu and Kannada television series Sasirekha Parinayam (2013 – 2016), which aired on the Star Maa channel. Television Career
Her television career began with a supporting part in Zee Kannada’s Kannada television serial opera Devi.
Meghana made her acting debut in the Kannada television series Pavitra Bandhana, in which she played Pavitra.
She then went on to work in another Kannada TV show, Purushottama, which aired on Zee Kannada.
Sasirekha Parinayam, a Telugu popular series that aired on Star Maa from 2013 to 2016, was her big break. She also starred alongside Anchor Ravi in the feature film Idhi Ma Prema Katha, which received mixed reviews.
Meghana began a new Zee Telugu series, Kalyana Vaibhogam, in 2017, in which she plays the twin roles of Manga and Nithya.
She was signed to play the lead part in her third Telugu soap opera, Raktha Sambandham, at the time.
