Bansal has appeared in a number of programs, including the 2011 Triangle Film Company mythological series Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev as Grihpati on Life OK and the 4 Lions Films romantic drama series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? On Star Plus, he plays Aarav Singh Raizada, Arnav and Khushi’s adopted son.

Aditya Vyas in the first season of the drama series Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, and as Zain and Aliya’s son Zayed Zain Abdullah in Colors TV’s 2013 romance-drama series Beintehaa.

Later, he auditioned and was cast as the main character in the legendary series Buddha. He played youthful King Siddharth / Buddha among an ensemble cast that included Sameer Dharmadhikari, Nigaar Khan, Kabir Bedi, and Gungun Uprari.The show’s plot is inspired by Gautama Buddha’s life. B.K. Modi created the show, which premiered on Zee TV in July 2013.

Bansal also appeared in the 2013 Bollywood film Bombay Talkies in the story “Sheila Ki Jawani.” He was portrayed as a young child who aspired to be a police officer in the film directed by Zoya Akhtar.

By the end of June 2015, Bansal had been cast with Mouli Ganguly and Anand Suryavanshi in Swastik Pictures’ mythological-drama series Suryaputra Karn, in which he portrayed the lead part of a very young Karna.

The play is based on the Mahabharata’s warrior Karna, who is one of the primary characters. Siddharth Kumar Tewary conceived and produced the show, which premiered on Sony Entertainment Television on June 29, 2015. After a ten-year absence from the show, he was replaced by Basant Bhatt on August 18, 2015.
