Navya…Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawal was her first television appearance. She received the BIG Television Awards for the show’s Taaza female category in 2011. She appeared in the Channel V show V The Serial as a supporting character. She was cast in female main parts in the following years, including Aradhya Rahul Periwal on Sony TV’s Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat. She appeared in Bindaas’ Yeh Hai Ashishqui as Kaurwaki in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat for an episodic part.

Soumya Seth married her boyfriend in the year 2017. After which she settled abroad. However, Soumya’s marriage did not last long and she separated from her husband a few days after the birth of her first child.

told Hindustan Times that her three-and-a-half-year-old son, Ayden, is the reason she is still alive. She went on to say that she was married and pregnant in 2017 and that she was seeking ways to commit herself at the time. Her parents, on the other hand, traveled to Virginia and assisted her in fighting the war, and she was able to recover from her horrible situation.
She also mentioned in the interview that she remembers looking in the mirror one day and not being able to recognize herself since she had serious bruises. She went on to say that she couldn’t eat at the time and that she simply wanted to die.
Shortly after separating from her husband, Soumya shared a post on social media. Through this post, she indicated that she has been a victim of domestic violence. Although she never spoke openly about it.
In this post, Soumya wrote, ‘8 years ago when I took up Navya I was 21 years old girl… wanted the world to believe in love !!! Wanted to heal the world with love !! I believed everyone deserves love and to be loved. I was in my own country. I lived with my parents who protected me from everything evil…
