Anandha Kannan died at a very young and but he lived a life that is a dream for many others. Govindaraju and Vasanthakumari gave birth to Anandha Kannan on March 23, 1973, in Singapore.

At the World Universities Tamil Conference in 2013, he was named an “International Youth Icon.”

Career
Kannan’s acting and hosting career began with Vasantham. He acted in radio dramas like Siruvar Medai and presented TV series like Siruvargal Naangal when he was a teenager.
From a young age, he was drawn to the theatre and became well-known for his roles in Ravindran Drama Group (RDG) performances and then in local television dramas.
Many theatregoers praised his performance as one of the key characters in RDG’s Kudubathin Araigal in 1988. In 1990, he received the Best Actor Award for Indian Cultural Month. He donated the prize money to RDG so that it may continue to produce plays.

Kannan came to Chennai in the 2000s and worked as a video jockey for Sun Music.
On Sun TV, he starred in the children’s drama Sindubad, which won him a lot of young fans.
He also appeared in Tamil films such as Adhisaya Ulagam, a science fiction film ( 2012). Kannan presented shows such Maalai Mathuram, Amali Thumali, Oorkuruvi, and Suvai on Vasantham, as well as the gameshow Savaal Singapore (2013–2018), a Tamil version of We Are Singaporeans.
Anandha Kannan was named Best Host at the station’s Pradhana Vizha awards event in 2011. In 2013, he was also honoured with the International Youth Icon award at the World Universities Tamil Conference.
Kannan travelled to India in 2017 with the help of the National Arts Council to study Tamil folk theatre with famous teacher Na Muthuswamy.
Mullum Malarum, in which he co-starred with Prajin, and Ithanai Naalai Engirunthai, in which he co-starred with Manochitra, were both never published to the public.
He also appeared in the Venkat Prabu film Saroja as a guest star. He was also known for being the Naturals Spa & Salon’s brand spokesperson.
