Recently, Vision IAS found itself engulfed by controversy. Vision IAS is a UPSC coaching institute, which prepares aspirants to successfully crack the tough and high-calibre exams. It seems the menace of Hinduphobia, Islamist whitewashing, and distortions of a colourful variety are, in fact, a vital part of many UPSC coaching institutes in India. In recent news, one Avadh Pratap Ojha, who is a senior faculty of History at IQRA IAS in Maharashtra was seen celebrating the life and legacy of Osama Bin Laden.
UPSC Coach Glorifies Osama Bin Laden
Avadh Ojha is a lawyer by profession and has been teaching UPSC aspirants for over 15 years. The man has some pretty bizarre kinks – especially those relating to Islamism. For example, in one of his videos which has now gone viral on social media, the “UPSC coach” can be heard saying the following about dreaded terrorist Osama Bin Laden:
“Osama Bin Laden knew whom he had to fight. He attacked America and demolished the Twin Towers. The world came to know his name. He slapped the United States of America in its home. It is an achievement. He only attacked once. This is called a dream. It does not matter the American forces picked him up from Abbottabad.”

A man who is inspired by a mass murderer is, for some strange reason, openly training future public service workers of India. Not only is he glorifying a terrorist, but is also advocating for the usage of violence for mere entertainment purposes. It seems that the loss of innocent lives is of no concern to the IAS trainer.
Ojha Goes Gaga over Islam
In another video that has invited widespread criticism on social media, Avadh Ojha was heard singing paeans of Islam. He falsely and somewhat foolishly claimed, “Read about the history of Islam. There was darkness all over. Women were being burnt in Europe in the name of witch-hunting. In India, there was Sati Pratha. Girls were being killed in China. There was darkness all over, and amidst the darkness, Mohammad Saheb was standing with a lamp in his hand, Islam…Love…Message.”

Essentially, as an Indian and Hindu, Avadh Ojha proclaimed his love for Islamism. The scary part is that a terror sympathiser has been coaching UPSC aspirants for over a decade now. How many of his students have made it into India’s administrative setup, and what is their mind frame like?

Ojha – A Nehru Fanboy
According to Ojha, India was actually a failed state unfit for survival in 1947. Without Jawaharlal Nehru, Ojha argues, India would have been nothing. Nehru has been credited by the man for building India as we know it today.

He said, “Nehru did so much for the country for 30 years. He was a great man. If anyone is abusing or slandering Nehru, then he/she is a historic fool. He should not be argued with. Who would have thought in 1947 that India would survive as a nation? This was the condition of India in 1947. And from there, Nehru took India out.”
To sum it all up, here’s what Mr Ojha is:
- A terror sympathiser
- A fan of Islam who considers all other cultures to be brutal while being a cheerleader of Muslim civilisation. Apparently, it brought peace and harmony to the world.
- A Nehru fan-boy.
Simultaneously, he is also a distorian and a bad one at that.
