They have twins: Juana, a girl, and Evan, a boy, both born on October 28, 2014. On September 30, 2016, they welcomed a second set of twins, Jake and Luke.

Aju attended Kalamasserry’s Rajagiri High School and Ernakulam’s Bhavans Adarsha Vidhyalaya. He graduated from KCG College of Technology in Chennai with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He worked in Human Resources at HSBC in Chennai.
