State Chief Ministers have taken the anti-India route while traversing the anti-Modi Path

PM Modi State CM

Liberals and opposition parties are hell-bent on tarnishing the image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They do not even think twice and stoop to any low to propagate the anti-Modi propaganda. Such is the hatred for PM Modi that the state Chief Ministers of few states including West Bengal, Telangana and Punjab do not even spare the nation while attacking the former.

KCR violated the protocol to demean PM Modi

The Prime Minister recently reached the southern city Hyderabad for the inauguration ceremony of the 216-feet tall `Statue of Equality commemorating 11th-century Bhakti Saint Sri Ramanujacharya.

In a shameful move, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao did not receive Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Hyderabad airport. BJP leader Prakash Reddy had termed the situation as “unfortunate”. Slamming KCR, Reddy said that the Chief Minister`s decision will impact the political activities in the state.

“It is an unfortunate situation that the chief minister did not go to receive the Prime Minister of the country. It is a `bahana` (excuse). I feel that he did not have the courage to come face to face with PM Modi after accusing the PM on several occasions,” Reddy told ANI.

“I request the Chief Minister to apologize and have a dialogue with the Prime Minister as this decision of Chief Minister will impact the political activities of Telangana,” he added.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, this month, also made a demeaning remark for the Indian Constitution. He stated that “India needs to rewrite its Constitution to fulfil people’s expectations and to ensure that the country progresses to its full potential.”

He also accused both Congress and the BJP claiming that they have miserably failed in addressing the basic needs of people in the last 75 years.

Mamata’s anti-Modi instances took her to the anti-India route

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s hate for PM Modi is not hidden by anyone. While opposing PM Modi led ruling government, she does not even spare the things in national interests.

Banerjee has made no secret of the fact that she wants BSF’s powers and jurisdiction curbed. BSF officers say that this is for the simple reason that the TMC’s grand nexus with criminals along the Indo-Bangladesh border will begin flourishing.

West Bengal Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Minister and TMC leader Firhad Hakim has made baseless allegations of the BSF intimidating people in border areas of the state and telling them to vote for the BJP. The TMC, in fact, has also approached the Election Commission with the same complaint, albeit without any evidence to back their claims.

The minority appeasement party had left no stone unturned in committing Taliban-level violence during and after the elections. People connected to BJP, RSS cadre were killed and their bodies were hanged in the open so that people could see the consequence of raising their voice in a democratic society.

Channi’s role in PM security breach

The Charanjit Singh Channi led Punjab government, earlier in November 2021, had passed a resolution against the extension of BSF jurisdiction. The state’s deputy CM Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, who also handles the home minister portfolio of the state, took over the responsibility of moving the resolution in the assembly. The resolution condemned the central government for the extension of areas to be covered by BSF for search, seizure, and arrest.

Moreover, when PM Narendra Modi and his convoy narrowly escaped a major security crisis en route to Punjab’s Ferozepur, Channi gave conflicting statements about the events – implying he was in on the conspiracy.

In the immediate aftermath of the episode, Channi addressed the media and claimed that the security gaffe was Kudrati (natural). However, a few hours later, Channi changed his version and stated that there was no security breach.

He also attempted to shift the entire blame on PM Modi and the centre. He stated that PM Modi’s road plans were made last minute. Later, an Indian express report exposed Channi for giving the excuse of low turnout at the public meeting. The report states that the state government and police were promptly informed about the Hussainiwala detour.

Witnessing the above instances, it is safe to say that the state CMs’ anti-Modi instance has turned them anti-Indian. Apart from the above political leaders, DMK’s government in Tamil Nadu and Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel are also heading towards the anti-India route.

However, these state CMs’ need to understand that to demean India in their blind hatred towards PM Modi will cost them love and respect of India and the nationalists.
