An idea that germinated in a casual conversation between two college friends has grown into one of the world’s greatest fantasy sports enterprises.
Harsh Jain and Bhavit Sheth created Dream11, a pioneer in the Indian fantasy sports market, in 2008. Because the cofounders were avid followers of English football fantasy leagues, it began as a personal endeavour. Their grand plan was to create a sports league similar to the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Career of Bhavit Sheth
Bhavit Shethstarted his career as an intern during his engineering at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In 2010, Bhavit Sheth founded Red Digital, a Digital Agency providing end to end solutions – from strategy to execution focusing on innovation across social media management, digital marketing, technology projects, online reputation management, game development and offline-online integration.
Bhavit Sheth led and expanded the team to 50+ digital professionals across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai & Kolkata. In July, 2013, single-handedly managed the acquisition of Red Digital by Gozoop, one of the largest digital agencies in India and UAE, with a strong presence internationally.
However, the idea of Dream Eleven started brewing in 2008 and later Bhavit and his friend Harsh Jain managed to find an investor for this idea and now they are much bigger than one could imagine in those days.
