Subiksha is an Indian actress who goes by the stage name “Subiksha Krishnan.” She has made a name for herself in Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil films. She is also a Bharatanatyam dancer and has been practicing this classical form from age 3. She has been active with different south Indian film industries since 2013.

Career
Subiksha started her debut in Tamil film industry with Mugamoodi, Mysskin wrote and directed a superhero flick. Jiiva, Narain, and debutant Pooja Hegde star in the film, which also has Girish Karnad, Nassar, and Selva in supporting parts. Subiksha made her acting debut as a main role in the Tamil film Annakodi, directed by Bharathiraja, in which she played the hero’s wife.
In the same year, she starred in her first Malayalam film, Olipporu, as the heroine of Fahadh Faasil. In the film, she portrayed an IT specialist.
In 2014, she made her Kannada film debut with Anjada Gandu, a remake of Sivakarthikeyan’s Tamil film Manam Kothi Paravai, in which she starred alongside Sathish Ninasam. Geetha Gowda, a traditional rural girl, was her character.

In 2017, she starred alongside Bharath in the Tamil film Kadugu, which was directed by cinematographer and director Vijay Milton and produced by Rough Note Production and released by 2D Entertainment. Following the release of Kadugu, Subiksha gained notoriety.
In the 2018 film Goli Soda 2, she reprised her role as Innocent Inba, with the same director Vijay Milton. Vijay Milton wrote and directed Goli Soda 2, a 2018 Indian Tamil language action drama film. Goli Soda 2 is a sequel to the 2015 film Goli Soda.
Subiksha was cast as the leading heroine in A V Sasidharan’s next film soon after her stunning Kollywood debut in Bharathiraja’s Annakodi. In the film, Subiksha played an IT professional opposite Fahadh Faasil. Her acting abilities, as well as her outstanding ability to grasp Malayalam, earned the Belari-based actress her first M-Town project.
