Under the wistful eyes of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Maharashtra, the Islamists are quietly and ingeniously butchering the history of contemporary India. Arguably, one of the greatest leaders Bharat has ever seen, Chhattrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his identity is being challenged as Muslims lay claim upon the Lohagad Fort situated near Pune. A leaflet calling out the celebration of ‘Urus Sharif’ for a Sufi Saint on the fort recently went viral on social media platforms and immediately invited the wrath of the enraged Hindus.
Reportedly, the poster asked people to participate in the celebration of ‘Urus’ for some ‘Umar Shahwali Baba’ whose tomb supposedly lies on the Lohagad fort, scheduled on January 17.
Despite having no connection to the fort, not only a white lie was manufactured by the group of Islamists, but it was also spread around with impunity. It is being reported that the event had the backing of local leaders.
Shiv Sena and NCP leaders behind the event
Haji Hussain Baba Sheikh, a veteran Shivsena leader is the chairman of the event, while NCP MLA Sunil Shelke from Maval is the guest invitee.
Shiv Sena, claiming to be the descendants of Hindu Hriday Samrat Bala Saheb Thackeray is openly supporting a bygone Sufi saint, who is being forcefully connected to a site that has utmost significance for Chhattraptai Shivaji Maharaj and his believers.
In the battle of 1670, the great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj won this fort. This is a recognized structure that is famous for its four walls that are still in an unbroken state, this gives you the idea of old times glory.
A netizen named Malhar took to Twitter to share the sensational news and remarked, “There is no contemporary evidence which shows that there existed a mosque on Lohgad fort during Chh.Shivaji Maharaj’s time or Chh.Sambhaji Maharaja’s time. Under the name of secularism, the Muslims have encroached many forts before, with help of politicians.”
The descendants of Islamic dacoits have embarked on a mission to take control of the forts of Chh.Shivaji Maharaj by celebrating "Urus"of some fictional characters on various forts in Maharashtra. Few days ago it was raigad now it is lohgad near Pune.

Lohagad being a protected monument under ASI, the archaeological department at Bombay has already denied permission to conduct any religious function on the site. However, having the backing of local MVA leaders, the controversy has still not come to a close.
Raigad Fort encroached by Islamists
Earlier, in a similar style, the construction of a mosque on the iconic Raigad fort came to light. A video went viral on the realms of social media platforms and it showed young Muslim men wearing skull caps and moving stones for the construction of the same.
As the video came to light, Yuvraj Sambhaji, a BJP member and heir to Kolhapur royal family as the 13th direct descendant of the Maratha king, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj stepped in and raised the issue with the archaeological department.

He wrote, “It is unfortunate that illegal construction activities are allowed to go on in an iconic place like the Raigad Fort”, and also asked the ASI to maintain the character, sanctity, and historicity of the fort by necessarily removing the mosque immediately
Encroaching public structures– the modus operandi
The modus operandi of encroaching a public land is simple. First, a group of Muslim men starts offering Namaz on the public road. After a significant number of Muslim men routinely engage there — a structure resembling a Mazaar of a dargah is erected.
Fast forward a few months and it is claimed that the Dargah had been there for centuries and hence the land is registered in the name of religious institutions. And because the governments want to keep up with the charade of appeasement, an illegal property is quickly stamped a legal ‘religious’ property.
Islamists and their incessant attempts to encroach public and historical properties
This is not the first incident that has transpired in the last few months. Gurugram saw an extended period of revolt from the Hindu residents of the area protesting against the Muslims who had encroached public roads and parks for their prayers.
The resolute defence by the Hindu residents finally paid dividends as the Muslims were directed to only pray at the Mosques and the few designated spots within the city.

Similarly, as reported by TFI last year, a 26-year-old Hindu activist named Vijay Gadaria was shut down by the SHO, Adarsh Nagar for speaking out against an illegal Mazaar that had propped up on the Azadpur flyover.
While the conversation was civil, SHO Bhardwaj chimed in and through his elaborate English-speaking skills tried to superimpose himself on the situation. He started threatening the Hindu activist with legal action and later forced him out of the scene with his escort of Policemen. Meanwhile, the Muslim man and his illegal Mazar were deemed legal by the SHO.
The Islamo-leftist cabal continuously attempts to reduce Chhattrapati Shivaji Maharaj to a ‘regional ruler’, instead of a national emperor. In the history books of India, the left-historians have successfully reduced the Maratha Empire to less than two paragraphs. Many warriors who fought along with Chhattrapti Shivaji Maharaj such as Baji Prabhu Deshpande, Bahirji Naik, or Tanhaji Malusare are not even mentioned in the history books.
In contrast to this, not only is Aurungzeb glorified to sick proportions but he is also referred to as “Zinda Peer” and “Mughal Samraat”. These are all titles used to somehow whitewash the brutalities that he, his predecessors, and his empire inflicted upon the people of this country. The encroachment upon the Lohagad Fort is another attempt to erase the history and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
