Shahid Afridi, husband of Nadia Afridi also known as Sahibzada Mohammad Shahid Khan Afridi, is a Pakistani cricketer and former captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. He was born on March 1, 1975. Afridi is largely regarded as one of the most popular and dangerous cricketers in the world. Afridi, an all-rounder who bowled leg spin and was known for his aggressive hitting, was an all-rounder who bowled leg spin.
Afridi was also a global record holder for the fastest ODI century, which he achieved in 37 deliveries. Corey Anderson shattered the record, which had stood for 17 years.

After failing to be selected, Afridi announced his retirement from international cricket on February 19, 2017. After being selected to represent and captain the World XI against the West Indies in the 2018 Hurricane Relief T20 Challenge charity match, he made a temporary return to international cricket.
