“If Nizam could not make it, then who is Owaisi?” Himanta gives a clear warning to both Owaisi and KCR

While the Congress leaders are hell-bent on comparing Hindus with genocidal and barbaric terrorist organisations like Boko Haram and ISIS, emerging national-level leader Himanta Biswa Sarma is not mincing his words to support Hindu brethren. His recent expression against AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s communal politics is yet another instance depicting that the nationalist leader is not willing to give up against pseudo-secular leaders like Asaduddin.

“Owaisi will meet the same fate as Nizam”, says Himanta

Assam CM Himanta slammed AIMIM chief Owaisi and asserted that “His name and mark would soon be wiped off from India.” While addressing people during a programme in Warangal, Telangana, Himanta gave a loud and clear message to Owaisi stating that “No one could stop India, especially those who practised ‘communal politics’.” He also remarked that “The way Telangana got free from Nizami rule, India would soon witness a ‘wipeout’ of Owaisi’s name and identity.”

“There is no one who can stop India. The way Article 370 was scrapped, Ram Mandir’s construction began…here also Nizam’s name and mark, and Owaisi’s name and mark will be wiped off…that day is not very far. India has woken up. It will no longer accept people who do pseudo-secularism or communal politics,” said Himanta Biswa Sarma.

He further added, “The history of India says that Babur, Aurangzeb, and Nizam cannot live long. I am sure that the legacy of Nizam will come to a complete halt and a new culture based on Indian civilization will emerge.”

BJP linked the Owaisi family to the Nizams

However, it was not the first time when a BJP leader has warned Owaisi for his communal politics. In 2018, during a war of words that erupted between CM Yogi Adityanath and Owaisi ahead of the Telangana Assembly Elections, the former had also slammed Owaisi. He had said that “If BJP forms a government in Telangana, it would make the Owaisi family ‘run away’ like the Nizams.”

Akbaruddin Owaisi had then reverted saying that “He says he will make Owaisi run away just like Nizams. Who are you? What is your stature? Like you, many came and went, but listen, not only Owaisi but the future generation of Owaisi family will also stay in this country. This is my country and will always be mine. I will not leave Hyderabad.”

BJP, earlier in 2021, had also demanded to officially celebrate September 17 as ‘Telangana Liberation Day’, as Telangana and the regions of Marathawada and Nanded got independence from Nizami rule on this day.

However, BJP’s retaliation against communal politics of the pseudo-secular politicians like Owaisi needs to be appreciated as the communist parties are causing harm to India.
