How ‘China-centric’ WHO ensured that the ‘Xi’ Variant never sees the light of day

The mask of pretense that used to be there on the face of World Health Organization (WHO), has seemingly come off, as the health agency has openly shown who it serves. After a new deadly and a rather contagious variant of the Coronavirus was reported in South Africa, the netizens were all but sure that it will be either named ‘Nu’ or ‘Xi’.

WHO, ever since the first virus strain propped up, has been using the Greek alphabets to make the naming process easier. However, WHO skipped ‘Nu’ probably because it sounded similar to ‘New’ and altogether missed ‘Xi’ because it would have antagonized the Chinese President Xi Jinping, who just so appears to be the unofficial master of the tainted health agency.

WHO does not want to antagonize Chinese President:

A Telegraph reporter, quoting a WHO source remarked that the UN agency deliberately skipped ‘Xi’ to avoid stigmatizing an entire region.

The reporter tweeted, “A WHO source confirmed the letters Nu and Xi of the Greek alphabet had been deliberately avoided. Nu had been skipped to avoid confusion with the word “new” and Xi had been skipped to “avoid stigmatising a region”, they said. All pandemics inherently political!”

Calling out Beijing, which has already come under massive scrutiny over its role in the outbreak of the virus, United States Senator Ted Cruz tweeted, “If the WHO is this scared of the Chinese Communist Party, how can they be trusted to call them out next time they’re trying to cover up a catastrophic global pandemic?”

Ever since the first case of Coronavirus was reported nearly two years back, WHO has been working cohesively with China to ensure that the origins of the virus cannot be traced to the middle kingdom and its Wuhan Virology lab.

Multiple fact-finding committees to China have been heavily compromised and to this date, not a single independent probe has been allowed to give conclusive proof regarding the true origins of the virus.

Moreover, WHO, at the behest of China and other big pharmaceutical giants has been promoting vaccine partisanship by picking vaccines arbitrarily.

What is the new variant called then?

WHO on Friday designated SARS-CoV-2 variant B.1.1.529 as a ‘variant of concern’. The new virus strain which has been detected in South Africa, Hong Kong, Israel, and Botswana, was named Omicron.

Speaking about the deadliness of the variant, WHO said, “Omicron’s actual risks are not understood yet. But early evidence suggests it carries an increased risk of re-infection compared with other highly transmissible variants,”

Amid growing concerns regarding the new variant, PM Modi on Saturday (November 27) morning conducted a high-level meeting with top officials regarding the preparations.

Pierre Kory in an interview with Rajiv Malhotra said that the WHO is a captured agency which is completely under the influence of their founders. The WHO has been trying to force Indian health ministries to change their policies on issues like the use of ivermectin during the pandemic. He also said that the states in India that broke free from the WHO (like Uttar Pradesh) saved hundreds of thousands of lives.

The WHO was also involved in a number of war-gamed simulations of bioweapon attacks in recent years.

The simulations war-gamed the reactions of governments and the medical system and the media to an imaginary coronavirus or smallpox pandemic.

Robert Kenndey wrote about these simulations: the simulations war-gamed how to use police powers to detain and quarantine citizens, how to impose martial law, how to control messaging by deploying propaganda, how to employ censorship to silence dissent, and how to mandate masks, lockdowns, and coercive vaccinations and conduct track-and-trace surveillance among potentially reluctant populations.”
