BBC, which has a traditional hatred for India and the Modi government, is caught up in the controversies yet again. The propaganda channel went on to shut down Christine Fair, the moment she started exposing Pakistan’s role in supporting global Jihad and Taliban during a conversation on Pakistan’s role in Taliban takeover.
BBC tried to silence Christine
Christine Fair is a former senior political scientist with the Research and Development (RAND) Corporation, and a Scholar of South Asian political and military affairs. While speaking with a journalist on Pakistan’s role in the Taliban takeover, Christine started exposing Pakistan’s Jihad Policy in Afghanistan.
BBC, who routinely gives air time to people peddling anti-Modi crap, tried to silence Christine and said that Pakistan’s diplomats are not here to defend themselves. In addition to that, the channel also shut down Christine and did not let her speak. Well the “impartiality” doctrine of BBC, probably, is used only for Pakistan’s benefit.
Quite gross from @BBCNews: our "impartiality" doctrine was used to basically shut down @CChristineFair when she explained #Pakistan's jihad policy in #Afghanistan that has brought us all to this catastrophe — an issue on which there is no "balance" or "other side", factually. pic.twitter.com/FSzXKLMExN

R P Singh, National Spokesperson of BJP, took to Twitter to post the video and tweeted, “Is @BBCNews doing #Pakistan propaganda ? Must hear till last to what @CChristineFair has to say about how #Pakistan is using its Jihad policy in Afghanistan which has brought this catastrophy to all of us.”

BBC and its anti-India propaganda
BBC has always mocked India and Hindu civilisation, particularly after Prime Minister Modi took oath as the Prime Minister. Earlier reported by TFI, BBC had once spun a false narrative that Hindu militancy was on the rise and that the chant of Jai Shree Ram was a ‘murder cry’.
BBC, in another move to defame the country, had used an inaccurate map of India, which entirely missed the boundaries of Jammu and Kashmir – subtly indicating on its part that these were not sovereign Indian territories. The channel, later, apologized after a formal complaint was filed by Labour Party MP Virendra Sharma.

As reported by TFI, earlier in 2019, BBC published an article titled ‘Jai Shri Ram: The Hindu chant that became a murder cry’. The article aimed at convincing the readers that India is a boiling cauldron of communal hatred where Muslims are being denied fundamental rights.

BBC batting for Pakistan
BBC- the propaganda channel’s love for Pakistan is not hidden and now, it has begun portraying Pakistan as a victim who is on a mission to end the ‘war of terror. In a recent article titled ‘Afghanistan: What rise of Taliban means for Pakistan’, BBC has openly supported Pakistan.
The article states that Pakistan is not perceived as a firm ally in the battle against jihadist terrorism. Also that it has long been accused by many in the United States and elsewhere of providing support for the Taliban. Moreover, it shamelessly portrays Pakistan as a rebel against terror and claims that Pakistan positioned itself as an ally of the US in the so-called “war on terror”, After the 9/11 attacks that were planned in Afghanistan.
However, Pakistan, in a move to use the Taliban for snatching Kashmir from India, has been supporting its takeover in Afghanistan which has resulted in multiple casualties. Despite such awful tendencies to carry out terror activities, Pakistan is backed by BBC. The BBC has never rightly called out a terrorist organisation for the violence and brutal behaviour they indulge in.
