A petition has been filed in the SC for NIA probe of Congress’ Covid toolkit. This may even finish the party

congress toolkit, Anti Hindu, Hindu hatred, NIA, Supreme Court

The Indian National Congress (INC) has landed itself in a big trouble by creating the explosive toolkit which has now made its way into the public domain. In the toolkit, the Congress seems to have achieved the pinnacle of anti-nationalism, hatred for the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, apart from a palpable sense of resentment towards Hindu Dharma. Now, the toolkit fiasco has made its way to the Supreme Court of India, as a PIL seeking an investigation into the toolkit by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and suspension of the Congress party if the allegations are found to be true has been filed before the apex court.

The PIL filed by lawyer Shashank Shekhar Jha has made the Indian National Congress a party to the petition while making the Union of India and Election Commission (EC) as respondents before the top court. In his PIL, Shashank Shekhar Jha has submitted that the Congress party must be probed so as to disclose any offence under section 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy), several sections of IPC and section 13 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

ANI reported that the PIL also sought a direction to the Election Commission of India to suspend the registration of the Congress if they are found to be allegedly doing anti-national acts and playing with the lives of the common people and a direction to the Union Government to issue necessary guidelines to each and every political party, group, and individual to stop all kinds of hoarding portraying an anti-national stance.

An NIA investigation into the toolkit fiasco is the last thing which Congress would want to be subjected to. Needless to say, if Jha’s appeal for an NIA investigation is given the go-ahead by the Supreme Court, all of Congress’ misdeeds and demented motivations will be brought out. The Congress’ electoral fortunes, which already stand pulverised, will face further annihilation.

Already, Congress’ hatred for Hindus and its inherent bigotry towards Indian culture has come out in the open due to the explosive toolkit. By giving Eid festivities a clear pass, yet telling its workers to slander the BJP for letting the Kumbh be organised, the Congress party has shown its true and ugly face to the people of India. Whether it be maligning Kumbh and Hindus, or specifically using international media to make a shameless show of cremations of those who died due to Covid-19, the Congress party seems to have completely given up on any sanity and shame only to defame PM Modi and the BJP.

The need of the hour is for a central agency like the NIA to investigate the Congress party. It goes without saying that such investigations would reveal all secrets which the Grand Old Party wants to keep hidden from the Indian public.
