Prime Minister Narendra Modi has, for the first time, come out in the open and mounted a massive offensive against those vested interest groups and foreign powers, which are working overtime to defame India and destabilise his government.
Prime Minister Modi, who is on an Assam and West Bengal tour, took to launching a scathing attack on those who were besmirching India internationally. Speaking at Dhekiajuli, Assam, PM Modi also mentioned that some documents had come to the fore which proved how there was an international conspiracy to not just sully India’s name, but also Assam’s tea.
“People who are conspiring to defame India have stooped so low that they are not sparing even Indian tea. You must have heard in news that these conspirators are vowing to malign the image of Indian tea in a systematic manner across the world,” the Prime Minister said while addressing an event in Dhekiajuli after laying the foundation stone of two medical colleges in Sonitpur district. PM Modi also launched ‘Asom Mala’, a programme to upgrade state highways and major district roads.
PM Modi went on to say, “Some documents that have come up reveal that some foreign powers are planning to attack India’s image associated with tea. Will you accept this attack? You will accept the people involved in this attack? Will you accept those praising these attackers?” The documents the Prime Minister has referred to here is the Google toolkit which eco-fascist Greta Thunberg had mistakenly tweeted, thus exposing a grand conspiracy to globally slander India and the Modi government.

Prime Minister Modi attacked foreign powers and vested interest groups from Assam – which is a major producer of world-famous tea since the toolkit shared by Greta Thunberg had explicitly mentioned on page 9 that activists, celebrities and influencers should “Disrupt Yoga and Chai Image of India in General.”
Both Yoga and Assam tea are major soft power tools of India, and by disrupting the image of the country as a centre of Yoga and tea, the Khalistani organisations in bed with global celebrities sought to destabilise Assam’s tea economy.
This is the first time that the Prime Minister of India has spoken out on the entire toolkit fiasco, and in general, about the international efforts aimed at marketing the fake farmers’ protests as a legitimate movement being waged by hapless peasants against the ‘fascist’ government of India. Now that PM Modi has started batting on the front foot, the days of glory for foreign propagandists are indeed numbered.
