Fugitive and controversial preacher/terrorist Zakir Naik has delivered some bad news to NDTV’s Ravish Kumar. The radical Islamic preacher has claimed that despite NDTV’s anchor’s many good deeds and endeavors of advocating Muslim causes and constant efforts to expose the ugly face of oppressors, Kumar will not find a place in the Muslim heaven or ‘Jannah’, as Naik called it, because he had not converted to Islam.
An inquisitive faithful to Islamic scholar Zakir Naik- Will good non-Muslims like Ravishji go to Jannah after death?
ZN:They will go to jahannum because no matter how good they are, they’ve done the unpardonable sin of Shirk.

In a Q&A video titled, ‘Will Good Non-Muslims like Ravish Kumar deserve same Punishment like Evil Non-Muslims?’ released on Zakir Naik’s official YouTube account, last week, the controversial preacher gave a lengthy sermon whilst both praising Ravish Kumar and also showing him the reality about his situation.
In the video, Zakir Naik was asked by one of his followers, “What will happen to good non-Muslims? We have seen some good-hearted journalists like Ravish Kumar etc. who speak the truth, take side of the Muslims and show the ugly truth of the oppressors. It is not only him, there are many others from different professions who are like him. So what will Allah do to them if they don’t die as Muslims as they don’t deserve equal punishment like other big wrong-doers?”
Naik with a poker face replied with a big ‘no’ to his follower’s question. “The questioner is asking that non-Muslims are of different types. Some are good non-Muslims, some are bad, some extremely bad. So will all of them get the same punishment. And the answer is no.” Naik said in the video.
Naik then pretty animatedly started explaining that how there are different levels of ‘Jannah’ in Islam and all those who go to Jannah will not be on the same level. Just as there are levels in Jannah, there are also levels in hell.
Elucidating his point further about Ravish heading to hell, Naik remarked that whatever the ‘good deeds’ people like Ravish Kumar may do for the benefit of Muslims since they have not converted to Islam, they will still go to hell because the crime of ‘shirk’ (idol worship or polytheism) is bigger than any other crime.
Naik concluded his sermon by saying that if people like Ravish perform good deeds, they may receive earthly rewards like fame and praise in this world, but once they die, they will end up only in hell as the gates of heaven are closed for them.
Naik said that any non-Muslim who commits the sin of ‘shirk’ will garner negative points and will not be able to enter Jannah.

The fugitive scholar also gave the invitation to Kumar if he ever wanted to convert into Islam “Let me give hidayath to these good non-Muslims so that they come to the fold of Islam.” added Zakir Naik.
Naik on the run from Indian authorities
For the uninitiated, Zakir Naik is on a run from the authorities since October 2016 and is hiding in Malaysia. Naik runs Peace TV which is already banned in many countries.
The controversial televangelist came into limelight when the perpetrators of the Dhaka terror attack were said to be inspired by his so-called teachings.
Peace TV was notoriously famous for airing inflammatory views against Hindus, Jews, and Christians. Regrettably, the channel even called Sufis and Shias as grave worshippers and infidels.
The channel on which Naik unleashed his pearls of wisdom also had over two million subscribers.
While India remains determined to bring back Zakir Naik under the new leadership of PM Muhyiddin Yassin, the NDTV anchor must be feeling low after hearing the judgment from one of his biggest supporters. Gham ka mahool hai.
