“You are no longer hot,” Sanghi Milind Soman makes liberals feel cheated with his views on RSS

It seems that all the Congress loyalists and the liberals have had an agonising Holi as coupled with Jyotiraditya Scindia’s resignation, Milind Soman came out with a balanced point of view on the RSS as he credited the organisation for instilling discipline in his life. No sooner that Soman’s views on RSS came out, the women liberals underwent a massive meltdown on social media much to the delight of the rightists who in turn had a field day, witnessing the meltdown.

Milind Soman who is coming out with his memoir ‘Made In India’ wrote about his fondness for the RSS. He spent a couple of years at the age of 10 in the RSS shakhas and argued that the allegations and the perception around the organisation are grossly exaggerated as he described the shakhas as ‘Desi Scouts Movement’.

According to ThePrint, in his memoir Soman wrote, “When I read today all the subversive, communal propaganda the media attributes to RSS shakhas, I am frankly baffled. My memories of what happened at our shakha between 6 and 7 p.m. each weekday evening are completely different—we marched about in our khaki shorts, did some yoga, worked out in a traditional outdoor gymnasium with no fancy equipment, sang songs and chanted Sanskrit verses that we did not understand the meanings of, played games and had a bunch of fun with our fellows.”

He added,“The whole thing was overseen by a team of mostly-well-meaning—if not always inspirational—adults, who truly believed they were helping raise good ‘civilian soldiers’— boys respectful of authority, well-behaved in the presence of adults and well-aware of the importance of physical fitness— who would put their efforts into nation-building when they grew up.” As if to rub salts into the wounds of the liberals, Soman stated that his father used to be affiliated with the RSS and was

He also said that his dad was a member of the RSS and was a ‘proud Hindu’. This was too much to handle for the liberals who used to believe that Milind Soman is the epitome of hotness. The liberals had a huge meltdown on social media as the trolls suddenly don’t think Milind Soman is hot due to his fondness for the RSS.

Soman lately has made a name for himself as he has rightly earned the tag of ‘Ironman’ as he recently ran 1,500 km in 30 days time. He advocates running for a healthy life rather than going to a gym and now the liberals seem to have a problem with his running too.

The Islamists too waded in as they yet again equated the RSS with Islamic terrorist organisations.

Ironically, these are the people who champion the cause of ‘Love is Love’.

Once can fully expect a Congress spokesperson to mock a 10-year-old Milind for a heinous crime of playing games at RSS shakhas. It is unfortunate that the 10-year-old Milind couldn’t afford a private jet like the Gandhis to celebrate their birthdays and pass their time.

It seems that the liberals have cancelled Milind Soman.

Meanwhile, Milind came up with a classy response.

The so-called harbingers of Freedom of Expression are currently slamming Milind for expressing his views and giving a balanced point of view. The meltdown is unreal.
