PM Modi and Amit Shah jointly take on opposition, both destroy them in their own way

Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not shy away from any challenge and has made a name for himself by taking tough decisions. There have been ample such occasions in the last 6 years when he has also proved this. But now a new form of PM Modi can be seen who has now openly challenged all the opposition parties including Congress to put that they will repeal CAA and restore the special status of Kashmir in their manifesto and implement the same should they return to power. The Prime Minister also stressed that the Indian National Congress should declare that it will give citizenship of India to all citizens of Pakistan. Amit Shah soon followed up and challenged the same during an event.

It seems that the double whammy has caught Congress in a catch-22 situation.

In fact, during his election speech in Berhait, Jharkhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Congress is using the Muslims of the country and claimed that the Congress and its disciples are doing politics of lies. The PM said- “I challenge them that if they have the strength then they should say in front of the country that they are ready to give Indian citizenship to every Pakistani.”

The PM said that the Congress and the Left have given full force to scare the Muslims of India. It is clear like a stone line that the Citizenship Amendment law will not affect the citizenship of any citizen of India.

The Prime Minister clearly said that Congress and its allies are doing their politics by intimidating Muslims. They illegally allowed millions of intruders to enter here. He challenged, saying, “They are putting the country’s security at stake for their vote bank. I challenge the Congress. You tell me not to challenge. You tell me whether this voice should come from the land of heroes. If they have the courage, then declare openly that they are ready to give citizenship of India to every citizen of Pakistan.” PM Modi said, “If they have the courage, they will say that they will implement 370 again in Jammu and Kashmir. They will repeal the triple talaq law. This party is misleading people. If Congress is true to its intentions, then they will say in front of the country that the triple talaq law will be repealed. They must declare this. Otherwise, stop politics by making others a shield.”

PM Modi said that he appeals to the Congress and its members to stop instigating the youth. Do not burn the country for your politics.

He said, “I urge the young colleagues of colleges and universities in the country to understand the importance of themselves and their institutions. Discuss the decisions and policies of the government and voice it to the government by protesting democratically. You also have to understand that some parties and Urban Naxals and people who call themselves intellectuals are not fulfilling their political objectives by firing guns on your shoulder. Remember that this country is watching, they only and only hate Modi, any issue related to the national interest, they cannot see beyond their hatred for Modi. The names of JMM, Congress, RJD and Left are only different, their thinking and actions are the same.” Amit Shah also reiterated the same and took on the opposition.

Apart from this, Amit Shah said during an event in Delhi that this law will be implemented across the country and the Modi government will ensure that these refugees get Indian citizenship and live as Indian citizens with respect. He challenged the people opposing the new law, saying that they can oppose the law as much as they like but they will not succeed.

The challenge of Amit Shah and PM Modi must have created a stir among the opposition, including the Congress because whatever the Modi government is deciding, the foundation was laid by the Congress during its tenure. Whether it is for the tempering of Article 370 or the Nehru-Liaquat Agreement in the Citizenship Amendment Act or the law brought by Rajiv Gandhi for the NRC. PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have decided to put an end to appeasement politics and will continue to take similar tough decisions in future. Congress and opposition parties have to be ready to take on a re-energised Prime Minister Modi.
